What is a CleverCard?
A CleverCard is a digital prepaid Mastercard that can be used to spend in-store

smartphone’s mobile wallet with Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Where can I spend my CleverCard?
Your CleverCard prepaid Mastercard can be spent securely online or in-store
wherever Mastercard is accepted. Buy groceries, dine out, have a coffee. Use it
on the train, or taxi, or buy airline tickets. Order takeaway deliveries, play
online games, buy something nice on Amazon or IKEA, or any online store. It's a
secure and safe payment card for all occasions.
How do I activate my CleverCard?
To activate your CleverCard prepaid digital Mastercard: 1. Click the link to
"View my Card" in the email you will have received from CleverCards (from email
address: support@clevercards.com) 2. You will be asked to enter your personal
details and verify your identity. 4. Within moments, CleverCards will issue your
digital prepaid Mastercard. 5. To access your card details safely and securely,
follow the steps to download the CleverCards App from your App Store or Google
Play Store. 6. Get spending - use your CleverCard anywhere Mastercard is
accepted online and in-store.
How do I add a CleverCard to my mobile wallet?
To add your CleverCard prepaid Mastercard to your Mobile Wallet: 1. Download the
CleverCards App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store 2. Log into
your CleverCards account. You will need your mobile number and Account PIN that
you set up during card activation. 3. Click on the card you want to add to the

Does my CleverCard expire?
There is one key expiry date to keep in mind: Once activated, the CleverCard
prepaid Mastercard is valid for 60 months. The expiry date is displayed on the
front of your card in the CleverCards App.
