SARAH DOLL-STEINBERG
ADHD COACH

Hi, I’m Sarah Doll-Steinberg. I am a Certified ADHD Coach working with Teens,
Adults and Families. I am also a Certified Nutritional Therapist and Digital
Wellness Coach.

I coach from a holistic perspective with the understanding of the interaction
between the mind and body and the link between ADHD and Somatic Disorders. I
work with clients to help them develop strategies to enable them to reach their
goals.




ADHD COACHING



ADD/ADHD coaching targets the core impairments of ADHD, giving clients a
comprehensive understanding of both the nature of ADHD and the impact of ADHD on
their quality of life. In addition, ADHD coaches work with clients to create
structures, support, skills and strategies to help them move forward. Coaching
assists clients with ADHD to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles,
address core ADHD-related issues like time management, organization, and
self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.

PARENT COACHING



ADHD parent coaching is a specialized form of guidance aimed at parents of
children with ADHD. Through personalized coaching sessions, parents are educated
and trained to understand ADHD and its manifestations in daily life. The
coaching emphasizes strategies and tools to support positive behaviour, manage
symptoms, and foster a nurturing environment. It seeks to empower parents with
the skills to promote their child’s development, improve the parent-child
relationship, and reduce family stress.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY



Sarah is also a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, integrating
nutritional advice into her ADHD coaching sessions. Nutrition plays a crucial
role in the relationship between the digestive system and the central nervous
system. Improving nutrition can increase the neurohormones Dopamine, Serotonin
and GABA, which help to lessen ADHD symptoms. Impulsivity and poor planning
often lead people with ADHD towards making unhealthy food choices and Sarah
works with clients to build structures and routine that support good nutrition,
She also addresses issues around the habits that can lead people with ADHD to
crave ultra processed “Comfort” foods.

DIGITAL WELLBEING



Sarah is a Certified Digital Wellbeing Coach and uses her knowledge to help her
clients achieve a healthy balance with technology. Many features of digital
technology are designed to capture and retain our attention, and the ADHD brain
can be more susceptible to overusing technology. Understanding the neuroscience
behind this overuse and developing strategies to overcome it can lead to
improved physical and mental wellbeing.

WHERE TO GO FROM HERE?



The practice is currently full, with a waiting list of around 18 months. If you
would like to register your interest please complete the form in the “Contact”
section.

Once a space becomes available, Sarah offers a complementary 30 minute Zoom
consultation. Further sessions last for an hour. Her clients meet with her
weekly or fortnightly, for an average of 10-15 sessions. Sarah’s working hours
are Monday-Thursday 9.30am-6.30pm, (last appointment is at 5.30pm). Sarah meets
with clients in St John’s Wood, London NW8 or via Zoom.
