ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Philip,

I’m passionate about helping businesses bring great tasting, nutritious, food
and drink products to market. With over twenty years of end to end food and
beverage development experience, I have a particular interest in creating
differentiation using new ingredients or technology. I’m a food scientist by
background, with a Food Biosciences PhD from the University of Reading. If you
