Welcome to Hunter Independent Coordination & Support Services. We are here to
assist you to meet your goals to the best of your ability. We provide flexible
supports allowing you choice and control so you can achieve the best outcome for
you. We assist you in tailoring your programs to your needs and abilities. We
make sure you are the person making the decisions in how your supports are
delivered and assist in your future goals.

We can assist with your NDIS plan or support needs. The NDIS is the National
Disability Insurance Scheme, a government funded scheme where people can have
assistance with delivering services to them to assist with their daily life
needs. Whether you have an existing NDIS Plan or need help applying for one, we
can help!

Our Services Learn More We offer Community based program, youth group programs
and in-home drop-in support. We customise your supports to assist you to meet
your goals in a unique way. We run positive youth programs focused at targeting
life skills, such as cooking, communication, working in a group, problem solving
(conflict resolution), positive behaviours, art programs (street art, aboriginal
art) and all whilst having fun! We assist with travel training and skill
development needs.

provider. We can assist with your NDIS plan or support needs. We also offer

to help people develop the skills they need to lead happy, independent lives.
HICSS offers a range of supports to build capacity including Mentoring, 1:1
Counselling, Assistance to Improve Living Arrangements, Help with Individual

of Supports Our Services Learn More We are unique Coordinators who deliver face
to face services. We assist you to implement your plan by strengthening your
ability to connect with wider community organisations and understand the purpose
of the funded supports. We provide you personalised budgets allowing you to
maximise your plan budget. We'll also give assistance and guidance on using your

quite neighborhood for you to live in. Close to McKeachie’s run shops and
