How long will it last? Will I see the results immediately? We use Glo Professional Whitening Solution which uses a combination of light and heat to whiten your teeth. You will be able to see results after only one treatment. The longevity depends on your daily habits such as how often you brush your teeth or if you eat a lot of dark foods or dark drinks. We utilize Glo’s professional system, which can only be administered by dental offices. How much does teeth whitening cost? Our Glo Whitening costs $249 for an in office treatment. We have take home options that can also be purchased during your onsite Event. Do you need a lead vest for the x-rays? Nomad portable x-ray devices use more focused beams with less radiation than traditional devices, so lead shields are not required. Lead vests will be provided upon request or as state regulations require. How long will the appointment take? Dental Exam appointments typically last one hour, teeth whitening is 30-45 minutes, and the free clear aligner scan takes 20-30 minutes. Do you travel to homes/nursing homes? We currently do not offer in-home services or services to nursing homes. Do you provide services for dentures? We currently do not offer services for dentures. Will a cleaning with Jet Dental count as one of my two free cleanings for the year? Yes. This does count as one of your two covered cleanings per year given by Insurance How much does Jet Dental cost? Jet Dental directly bills your dental insurance provider. Most insurance policies include two free exams and cleaning benefits per year. If you are uninsured the cost for a dental exam, x-rays and a preventive cleaning is $150. Does Jet Dental take dental insurance? Jet Dental works with all major dental insurance excluding Medicaid and Medicare. We automatically bill insurance directly after the appointment is completed. What does dental insurance cover? Preventive procedures typically covered by dental insurance benefits include a comprehensive exam, x-rays and cleaning. Other services such as cavity fillings, Scaling and Root-Planing, and other restorative procedures are also covered, but typically have a copay requirement from the patient. We can review your insurance plan to let you know what your plan covers and does not. What services are provided on-site? Jet Dental provides preventive and restorative care onsite at your company such as cleanings, x-rays, exams, oral cancer screenings, fillings, sealants, and cavity treatments. We also provide periodontal treatment, including Scaling and Root-Planing, which is required on patients with gum disease. Jet Dental also provides professional grade teeth whitening and clear aligner scans on-site. What if I need additional procedures? If you require more complex procedures, they refer you to a highly-rated dentist that is in your insurance network. What if I already have a dentist? Jet Dental works with any dentist. With financing, patients can get payments as low as $79 per month. Our consultation is complimentary – we will simply present the options. Typically we refer our clear aligner treatments to other providers, so our goal is to simply educate and consult on the best treatment option for you. What is a Clear Aligner Scan? This is a 3D scanning technology which utilizes intraoral digital scanning. This allows the technician and dentist to create a 3D image of the patient’s mouth currently as well as possible outcomes using clear aligners.
