Hello,

As of Thursday, 22 October 2020, the Alfresco business, including all
technologies and products, was acquired by Hyland, a leading content services
provider. To continue Alfresco’s integration to Hyland, effective Sunday, May 1,
2022, your contract(s) with Hyland UK Operations Limited (formerly Alfresco
Software Limited) will transfer to Hyland Software, Inc.

On or after the assignment date, all services supplied by Hyland UK Operations
Limited to your organization will be provided by Hyland Software, Inc. If an
agreement, purchase order or other contractual arrangement is in place between
Hyland UK Operations Limited and your company, please consider this letter as a
formal confirmation that all rights and obligations arising from the contract,
purchase order or other contractual arrangement are accepted by Hyland Software,
Inc.

Next steps and immediate actions needed
Our customers and partners will receive invoices, order confirmations and all
other communications from Hyland Software, Inc. instead of Hyland UK Operations
Limited. For all invoices issued on or after Sunday, May 1, 2022, please remit
payment using the following payment instructions:
