SIMPLE BUT GREAT LOCATION
I really enjoyed my stay. I think they can do a little better than Roy’s
for the pizza package but overall. Great location and friendly staff.

FUN IN NYC WITH FRIENDS
The Fairfield Inn and Suites is located centrally to everything we did for
2 full days. The room was CLEAN, the breakfast was plentiful but the
exceptional part of our stay was the interaction with the front staff from
the day before we arrived and I confirmed my reservations, to the check in
and check out staff. Friendly, helpful, happy people that made you feel
they were glad you were staying with them and were willing to go beyond to
make our stay comfortable!!

A GREAT STAY
I stayed alone for a couple of days. Since I arrived at the hotel, the
staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel decoration and design seems
newly renovated. The room was super clean and I had housekeeping service
everyday.
The view from the 23rd floor was amazing and it was my favorite part of the
stay.
The location of the hotel is great, close to penn station and metro stops.

SANTIAGO IS SUPERB!
We stayed at the Fairfield for our annual Broadway week trip. The hotel is
convenient, comfortable and well appointed, but their real star is Santiago
in housekeeping/lost & found.
I left my wallet in the in-room safe, and when I got home and realized it,
Santiago jumped into action. He was polite, responsive, efficient,
empathetic and honest. Santiago is a real asset to your team. I hope you
give him a bonus!

SHORT NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING TRIP WITH FAMILY
We booked a room for 4 persons with 2 queen size beds. The room was not
very large but OK for a 4 day stay. We left our clothes in our suitcases,
as there was not enough space in the room's cupboards.
The bathroom has a large shower, with less possibilities/hooks to put all
towels on. (Even there is enough space on the walls for applying hooks.)
The location is good (8min footwalk from 34th penn station) and our room
was rather quiet located on the 20th floor.
Breakfast was included and was OK, but from plastic/paper plates and cups.
This is for sure not OK nowadays, as everyone has to take care of reducing
garbage where ever possible.

AMAZING STAY AT FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES
We had a very pleasant stay, Jeffrey at the reception is just exceptional,
great customer service. We had a problem the first night with the AC, it
was dripping water all night and we couldn’t sleep. The next day we got
moved to a different room and all was good. We would recommend this hotel
absolutely. We stayed 5 nights for our 36 wedding anniversary.
