Because Bob trains and empowers people with its Bob Motorcycles, people get the
opportunity to generate an income as a Bob rider. The motorcycles are not only
used for ridesharing and food delivery, but they also enable people to travel
and to get water and food. The motorcycle empowers two people with a full-time
job (2x 8 hrs a day), and due to the travelling time it saves it also enables
another family members to get a part time job (3 to 4 hrs a day). In total on
average every motorcycle creates 2.4 new jobs.
