IDO TEAM LEADERSHIP IN A COMPLEX WORLD WELCOME The IDO Team focuses on leadership development and consulting with leaders who serve in complex intercultural settings. ​ In this increasingly internationalized world leadership skills that work well in one cultural setting often do not translate well into others. The IDO Team trains and consults with leaders facing these and related challenges. OUR TEAM The IDO Team (not pictured) includes specialists with years of experience operating in complex intercultural settings. ​ The Team's areas of expertise include leadership development, anthropology, linguistics, and international communications. Guest lecturers include executives with decades of leadership experience in intercultural settings. RESIDENTIALS Residential training programs are offered each year. Participants attend a week-long program once per year for three years. ​ Between residentials participants receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from specialists.
