During the partner selection stage, customers will always have the option to select a different partner than the recommended to them. What are the expected project timelines for this program? The timeline for each project begins when the partner accepts the project from a client. At the beginning of each project, the partner will receive a scope-of-work document that outlines the target deadline to complete the project. We offer various service packages through the TikTok Creative Exchange program. For net-new projects, in which the partner is expected to film the video from-scratch, the turnaround time to deliver assets is 28 calendar days. Our repurposing service has a shorter timeline of 14 calendar days. We are also in the process of beta testing a couple of new offerings in the platform: One is a service specifically targeting mobile gaming customers and the other is a TVC service aimed at customers that have existing television ads that need to be converted into TikTok friendly ads.
