How do I rent a Vehicle

Once you’ve picked the vehicle that matches your style and preferences, head
over to the “Book Now” section on our website. Complete the required information
accurately and submit it. We’ll then contact you for payment confirmation and
finalize your reservation. Your chosen vehicle will be cleaned and prepped for
you.

What are the requirements to rent an exotic car in New York?

Before you can begin your rental reservation, you must:

 * Be at least 21 years of age.

 * Have full, up-to-date coverage on your insurance policy. Comp/Collision
   100k/300k/100k

 * Have a valid driver license.

 * Have a credit/debit card.

What insurance do you require?

We require a full coverage auto insurance policy that includes transferable
comprehensive and collision coverage, as well as bodily injury and property
damage liability with limits of $100k/$300k/$100k.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also do accept cashier’s
checks, cash, and wire transfer in some cases but a credit card must be on file
for minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are
billed to you directly on the payment card you used or would also be covered
under a full coverage insurance policy

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled booking date will
receive a full refund of 100%. However, cancellations occurring within 2 days of
the scheduled booking will be eligible for a 50% refund. Please note that this
policy is strictly enforced.

Do you charge a fuel surcharge if the rental is returned with less gas than you
provided in the vehicle?

All vehicles must be returned with at least the same amount of gas provided to
the rental car at the time the rental was commenced. Instant Luxury Rentals will
provide you with a full tank of gas on your rental vehicle. Our fleet is 100%
luxury cars, so each car must be filled with 93+ octane gasoline.

Do you match competitor prices?

Yes.

We offer a wide variety of exotic rentals at the lowest price guaranteed. This
means we will match our competitor’s price for comparable rentals.

Are there any security deposits?

No.

Minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed
to you directly on the payment card you use to make the reservation or would
also be covered under a full coverage insurance policy.

Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.

Do you charge for late returns?

Yes.

Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus
proration amount.

Do you offer chauffeur services?

Yes, we offer chauffeur services with our luxury car rentals. Our experienced
chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured to provide you with a safe and
comfortable ride. To book a chauffeur service, please contact us.
