online reporting form, resources for anyone who has been impacted, a calendar of events, what the Commission on Hate Crime Response and Prevention is doing, and more. The new portal and reporting form
are meant to be resources to anyone impacted by hate in Maryland to help them assess what they need to do after experiencing or witnessing an incident. This portal supplements the Office of the Attorney

<a href="/reports/AOB_Report_Revised_Redacted_Interim.pdf"><strong>revised </strong><strong>i</strong><strong>nterim Attorney General’s Report on Child Sexual Abuse in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.</strong> <br></a><br>

<div>The revised interim release, as authorized by the August 16, 2023 Order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, removes some redactions that the court had previously ordered in this Office’s initial
interim release on April 2023. </div>

<div>By order of the Circuit Court, some information in today’s revised interim release remains redacted while certain individuals named in the report appeal the Court’s August 2023 ruling authorizing the

On June 4, 2024, Attorney General Brown announced the new portal to help the
people of Maryland report incidents of hate. This new portal contains
information on the work the Office of the Attorney General is doing to combat
hate, a brand-new online reporting form, resources for anyone who has been
impacted, a calendar of events, what the Commission on Hate Crime Response and
Prevention is doing, and more. The new portal and reporting form are meant to be
resources to anyone impacted by hate in Maryland to help them assess what they
need to do after experiencing or witnessing an incident. This portal supplements
the Office of the Attorney General’s Hate Crimes Hotline (1-866-481-8361) and
can be found at nohomeforh ate.md.gov .

Redacted Report on Child Sexual Ab use in the Archdiocese of Baltimore
On September 26, 2023 Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown released a
revised in teri m Attorney General’s Report on Child Sexual Abuse in the
Archdiocese of Baltimore.
The revised interim release, as authorized by the August 16, 2023 Order of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore City, removes some redactions that the court had
previously ordered in this Office’s initial interim release on April 2023.
By order of the Circuit Court, some information in today’s revised interim
release remains redacted while certain individuals named in the report appeal
the Court’s August 2023 ruling authorizing the disclosure of their identities.
Those appeals are ongoing. Depending on the outcome of those appeals, the Office
may release a further version of the report at a later time.
