03:19

Can everyone hear me? Hear me? Yes.
MMatthew Fortner

03:56

Okay. Thank you for everyone for coming.
JJanell W Ng

03:59

I go over the 20, 25 benefits and we're going to go over.
JJanell W Ng

04:06

Open enrollment, so actually starts tomorrow.
JJanell W Ng

04:10

I'm hearing a little bit of echo.
MMatthew Fortner

04:14

Yeah.
JJanell W Ng

04:16

So I'm going to do a overview of everything.
MMatthew Fortner

04:20

So does everyone have this on the page?
SSpeaker 5

04:23

Okay.
MMatthew Fortner

04:29

Yeah.
SSpeaker 6

04:29

There you go.
MMatthew Fortner

04:29

If you can mute that mic.
SSpeaker 5

04:35

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

04:36

There we go. I think that works.
MMatthew Fortner

04:41

Okay, so we're going to go over the benefit enrollment. So the website, if
you've noticed, the Mercer website has now been rebranded. So if you go to
Mercer365, you will see Aptia. So it's the same. But just for I just wanted to
let you know, the website now is aptia365.com texasheart. So these are just a
few of the steps. Make sure we visit the website to personalize support. It'll
guide you through the enrollment process, very similar to the years before. You
can have it guide you through your selections or you can do it yourself. So you
can tell the prompt that this is my medical situation. I have regular
prescriptions or I have, you know, possibly procedures that I'll need to use
during the year.
JJanell W Ng

05:35

And it can help you pick the.
MMatthew Fortner

05:36

Right plan or you can just DIY and do it yourself. So you select the benefits
package that works for you, customize further to meet your needs or build your
own. You will notice also, every time you log into the Mercer Now APDIA website,
it is going to have a multifactor authentication. So it is going to. You're
going to have to send it to yourself or a text or an email. I know it's
annoying, but it's just an extra level of security.
JJanell W Ng

06:06

But yeah.
MMatthew Fortner

06:07

So every time I log into Mercer, it's always going to ask you to text your, text
you or email you just to make sure that it's you. And for so Aptia is just the
new name. It's been rebranded. So Mercer is kind of split off into two different
companies. So. But APDE is the same as Mercer this year. It is a passive
enrollment. So that means anything that you are currently enrolled in this year,
you will remain in also for 2025. Always the every year. The exception is for
any spending accounts. So if you are enrolled in hsa, FSA or Dependent Care fsa,
you always need to select and enroll in that every year. So those will not carry
over. But everything else will carry over. And I will talk about the exception
also of Transamerica.
MMatthew Fortner

07:05

So if you don't enroll, if you make no. If you don't log onto the website, you
will be enrolled in everything that you are now into next year with the
exception of any spending accounts. However, I still strongly encourage you to
go and log into the website just to make sure everything looks good for 2025,
just in case there's maybe a little glitch or something like that. Just I would
still go. And not only go into the website, I would suggest even printing out a
summary.
MMatthew Fortner

07:37

So that way if something strange happens and you say, janelle, I forgot to
enroll in, you know, vision this year, but I will ask you for a summary page of
all of your enrollment and if it shows that you have vision, then I will go by
that and then we can do whatever we need to make make those changes. Okay, so on
here, HSA combination HSA and Dependent Care, fsa do not roll over. You have to
make a new election every year. If you have any unused funds at the end of 2024,
you have to elect FSA again for 2025 in order to carry over.
11Yassir Elbastami

09:31

Hello?
JJanell W Ng

09:34

We can hear you. Okay, thank you. Okay, so for, I think it was talking about HSA
or fsa. So yeah, make sure to enroll in your hsa, FSA Dependent Care fsa. And
you do have to be enrolled.
JJanell W Ng

09:53

In an FSA plan for the following year.
JJanell W Ng

09:58

Okay, so what's new for 2025 for medical? We are still staying with Blue Cross.
JJanell W Ng

10:04

Blue Shield, so that is not changing.
JJanell W Ng

10:07

Due to IRS regulations.
JJanell W Ng

10:09

The $1,600 deductible is going to increase slightly. It's going to go up to
1650.
JJanell W Ng

10:15

And you will see the brand Appdia365. Now we're partnering with Aptia365 for
benefits.
JJanell W Ng

10:24

Enrollment and you can access your benefits through the APPDIA website.
JJanell W Ng

10:29

Supplemental health insurance, accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness
that used to be offered through.
JJanell W Ng

10:35

Transamerica is now going to be offered through the Hartford.
JJanell W Ng

10:39

So at the end of the year.
JJanell W Ng

10:41

We are no longer partnering with Transamerica.
JJanell W Ng

10:44

So we've gotten a lot of feedback about Transamerica and some difficulty. So
we're not using Transamerica as of.
JJanell W Ng

10:50

The end of this year.
JJanell W Ng

10:52

So if you have a plan with Transamerica, like a universal health plan, sorry, a
universal life plan, you can still continue that plan because you do have locked
in rates. However, you would be paying Transamerica directly.
JJanell W Ng

11:08

So you'll no longer have those deductions coming from thi.
JJanell W Ng

11:13

Instead, we are offering a universal life.
JJanell W Ng

11:17

Plan through Trustmark and the link will be available on the APDIA website.
JJanell W Ng

11:23

It will link out to Trustmark. And just be aware, with Trustmark your.
JJanell W Ng

11:28

Deductions won't come out from your THI check. You'll have the plan with
Trustmark and you will pay Trustmark directly.
JJanell W Ng

11:36

So all other plans will still be.
JJanell W Ng

11:39

Offered through THI with THI deductions, with the exception of the trustma Mark
Universal Life plan.
JJanell W Ng

11:46

But just be aware, if anyone has.
JJanell W Ng

11:48

A plan with Transamerica, whether that's accident.
JJanell W Ng

11:52

Hospital indemnity, critical illness or a universal life plan, those will end
with Transamerica.
JJanell W Ng

11:59

At the end of this year.
JJanell W Ng

12:02

If you have a accident, hospital, indemnity, critical illness plan, anything
outside of universal life Insurance, you will be enrolled in a similar plan with
the Hartford.
JJanell W Ng

12:15

So in some cases the premium is.
JJanell W Ng

12:17

Actually slightly less with Transamerica. But just be aware. That's why it's
very important for you.
JJanell W Ng

12:22

To go in to make sure that.
JJanell W Ng

12:24

Any of your supplemental plans are still.
JJanell W Ng

12:27

There and you're still enrolled in the same plans through Hartford.
JJanell W Ng

12:33

Also. Now our employee assistance program that used.
JJanell W Ng

12:36

To be offered through Beacon is also now going to be offered through the
Hartford. Okay, and I included this just because.
JJanell W Ng

12:44

I've gotten a few questions about Medicare turning 65 and what should I do? Do I
have to enroll in Medicare.
JJanell W Ng

12:51

Or do can I still remain on the plan?
JJanell W Ng

12:54

If you're turning 65 and you're still working full time at THIs is a very some
basic information for There are two types there. There's a Medicare Part A and
Medicare Part B. Medicare Part A, which is the hospital insurance, you can
enroll in Part a at age 65 because it's typically premium free for you if you
paid Medicare taxes for at least 10 years. Most people enroll in Part A while
working because it can be secondary coverage to your THI plan. However, Medicare
Part B is the actual medical insurance. This you do not have to enroll.
JJanell W Ng

13:32

In if you want to remain on the THI insurance.
JJanell W Ng

13:35

So you don't have to enroll in Part B. If you're still covered by THI through
active employment, your employee employer coverage is considered primary. So
even if you're enrolled in Medicare, if you're working full time, where you're
working full time, the medical coverage will always be primary. So your employer
coverage is considered primary. And you can delay Part B without facing a late
enrollment penalty. When you stop working or lose employer coverage, you have an
eight month special.
JJanell W Ng

14:03

Enrollment period which is similar to a.
JJanell W Ng

14:05

Qualifying event that was referring to earlier. So if you have any questions
about Medicare and how this works with an HSA.
JJanell W Ng

14:13

I got a question today about is our 2025 Blue Cross plan specifically
prescription.
JJanell W Ng

14:20

As a qualified plan. So if you have those specific questions or you're
approaching age 65, if you have questions about Medicare, please direct them
towards me.
JJanell W Ng

14:30

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

14:31

So when you log on to the APDEA 365 website, it will show all medical plan
details. Also I will be sending out this summary page along with the enrollment
guide.
JJanell W Ng

14:44

Which will have all the information for the plans.
JJanell W Ng

14:47

Okay, so all of our plans are essentially remaining the same and just the only
difference with the medical plan this.
JJanell W Ng

14:56

Year is the $1,600 plan is going up to 1650. If you look at on the back.
JJanell W Ng

15:05

Page the biweekly deductions, there are premium increases, but they're very
small.
JJanell W Ng

15:12

It's about a 3% increase.
JJanell W Ng

15:14

So thi has done a lot to kind of minimize premium increases throughout the
actually over probably the past 10 years or so. So this year is a very minimal
change.
JJanell W Ng

15:27

But almost everything is remaining the same with the medical plan. With the
exception of the high deductible plan, it's a $50 increase to the deductible.
JJanell W Ng

15:39

Everything remaining the same for the prescription plan. Did get some questions
about the prescription plan for Blue Cross depending on your specific
prescriptions. I have been told that sometimes formularies.
JJanell W Ng

15:55

Can change up to every six months.
SSpeaker 9

15:57

With Blue Cross Blue Shield.
JJanell W Ng

15:58

So if that is to happen, you.
JJanell W Ng

16:00

Will actually get a letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield saying if there's any
changes with the formularies or anything with your particular medications.
JJanell W Ng

16:11

There are a few slides on here that let you know that there are some resources
for Blue Cross Blue Shield. There's several apps available. Blue Cross has Blue
Access for members where you can check your claims history. And this happens all
the time. If I don't have my medical card on me, you can download the app and
you can pull up the app.
JJanell W Ng

16:33

And you could show it to your doctor's office. You can actually view all of
your.
JJanell W Ng

16:37

Claims and claims history. You can see all of your EOBs on the app. But make
sure you if you haven't already logged onto Blue Cross Blue Shield's website,
make sure to do that and.
JJanell W Ng

16:50

Enroll on the website.
JJanell W Ng

16:53

You can request new IDs, ID cards or print temporary cards. You can also see
that. So make sure to sign up. It's bcbstx.com and there's a provider finder.
JJanell W Ng

17:09

So if you need to find a.
JJanell W Ng

17:10

In network provider with Blue Cross, it is available on the Blue Cross app and
just be very careful when going to if you're going to urgent care or
freestanding emergency rooms.
JJanell W Ng

17:25

So the question to ask is, do.
JJanell W Ng

17:28

You accept Blue Cross?
SSpeaker 9

17:29

It's not do you accept Blue Cross?
JJanell W Ng

17:30

Because any place will say, sure, we.
SSpeaker 9

17:31

Accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.
JJanell W Ng

17:33

The question is, are you in network.
JJanell W Ng

17:35

With Blue Cross Blue Shield? And it'll make a big difference. I mean, if you
take a look at the network deductible versus non network.
JJanell W Ng

17:44

Deductible, it almost doubles when you're going out of network.
JJanell W Ng

17:47

So yeah, so just don't ask do you accept Blue Cross?
JJanell W Ng

17:50

It's are you in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield?
JJanell W Ng

17:54

You can always call your provider to make sure they're in network. Also check on
the Blue Cross site. If you want to triple check, you can call Blue
Cross. Because sometimes the networks are always changing. We hear a large
hospital system, sometimes.
JJanell W Ng

18:07

They'Re in network with Cigna, they're out of network with UnitedHealthcare.
JJanell W Ng

18:10

So it changes. So make sure that you're calling your providers to make sure
they're still in network. You can always check on the Blue Cross site or the app
to make.
JJanell W Ng

18:18

Sure they're also in network as well.
JJanell W Ng

18:20

But just be very careful with some.
JJanell W Ng

18:21

Of those smaller urgent cares or freestanding ers.
JJanell W Ng

18:25

And because many of them are out.
JJanell W Ng

18:28

Of network with major providers.
JJanell W Ng

18:30

So just be aware before you go. And there's several other apps available My
prime, where you're able to locate a pharmacy, find a drug or drug list. So if
you ever heard of Goodrx.
JJanell W Ng

18:46

It'S like an app where you can find cheaper prescriptions which are the same
prescriptions, but they may be cheaper at.
JJanell W Ng

18:53

Kroger versus where you're going at cvs. So it's a very similar platform, but.
JJanell W Ng

18:57

It'S offered by Blue Cross blue shield. It's myprime.com it is a separate app.
JJanell W Ng

19:03

From the Blue Cross app, but it.
JJanell W Ng

19:05

Is an app that's available that you can save money on your prescriptions,
sometimes significantly as well. So make sure to check it out.
SSpeaker 9

19:11

There is a Blue Cross Blue Shield.
JJanell W Ng

19:13

If you want to look in your.
SSpeaker 9

19:14

App store, you could just type in.
JJanell W Ng

19:16

Blue Cross Blue Shield prescriptions. And there's a separate app for finding
more affordable prescriptions.
11Yassir Elbastami

19:23

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

19:24

MD Live is available through Blue Cross as well. So if you want to see a doctor
virtually and you just can't make it in person, MD Live is available through
Blue Cross and they do charge as if you're taking using a sick visit.
SSpeaker 9

19:41

So just be aware of that it's.
JJanell W Ng

19:42

Not, it is available. It's not free, but you have to use your insurance as
well. But it is available and it's, they're available 24 7. So if you're not
feeling well in.
JJanell W Ng

19:51

The middle of the night or your.
JJanell W Ng

19:52

PCP is all booked, which always happens.
JJanell W Ng

19:54

You can't be seen for another few weeks. You can consider using MD Live if it's
not an emergency and then there's several other things that you can do in the
member wellness portal.
JJanell W Ng

20:09

Okay. If you have Mercer365 the Hub plan now it's called Aptia365 Hub. They can
help you if you have questions about your bills or insurance, how to manage your
budget, if you need a second appendix, second opinion, making sure you're
getting the best care.
JJanell W Ng

20:29

Aptia365 Hub is available. So it's an additional voluntary benefit mentioned
before now.
JJanell W Ng

20:37

Accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity are now.
JJanell W Ng

20:40

All going to be offered through the Hartford instead of Transamerica.
JJanell W Ng

20:46

Dental coverage is the same and premiums for dental are the same as well. So we
have the enhanced plan. Standard plan. Orthodontia is only available for
children up.
JJanell W Ng

20:56

To age 19 and it's only on the enhanced plan. But dental plan is still remaining
the.
JJanell W Ng

21:02

Same and you can, since we also have dental with Blue Cross you can find a
provider through the same Blue Cross app. Vision is the same, it's still through
Eyemed. Premiums are also the same for vision.
JJanell W Ng

21:16

Since we have a locked in rate.
JJanell W Ng

21:17

So $10 copay for an exam every.
JJanell W Ng

21:21

Year and then there's copays depending if.
JJanell W Ng

21:24

You need lenses or frames or both.
JJanell W Ng

21:27

But it's still through Eyemed. So sometimes I get questions about if our vision
is through Blue Cross. It's separate, it's through Eyemed.
JJanell W Ng

21:38

To find a provider you just go.
JJanell W Ng

21:40

Onto the Eyemed website or they also.
JJanell W Ng

21:44

Have an app if you want another app on your phone. So but you can find another
provider through Eyemed. You can always ask your provider too.
JJanell W Ng

21:52

If they're, if they are in network with Eyemed. And many optometrists are okay.
JJanell W Ng

22:00

So for savings and spending accounts we have just, we have our HSA which is a
plan that can carry over from one year to the next. However, you have to be
enrolled in the high deductible plan. So you have to be enrolled in that 1650
plan. You can carry over from one year to the next. If you were to leave thi,
you can still use those funds until the funds are depleted. So it's a nice thing
about the HSA plan, there is also a FSA plan which is flexible spending account
which you can use for the lower deductible plan. However, you have to be
diligent about submitting receipts or they will freeze your account.
JJanell W Ng

22:40

So you have to submit receipts in a timely manner and then also you have to make
sure to use your funds by the end of the year or you can use the grace period.
JJanell W Ng

22:52

However, all charges have to be within the calendar year.
JJanell W Ng

22:56

And our benefit year is a calendar.
JJanell W Ng

22:59

Year, it's from January to December.
JJanell W Ng

23:02

And there's also a flexible, a combination flexible spending account if you
wanted to.
SSpeaker 9

23:07

Do.
JJanell W Ng

23:10

Some HSA along with FSA for say your dental revision.
11Yassir Elbastami

23:14

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

23:17

And then if you just take a.
JJanell W Ng

23:20

Look on the second page, the FSA HSA Independent. Sorry, only the FSA and HSA
maximum contributions have increased. So for 2025 the maximum that you can
contribute to The FSA is 3330 for the HSA plan it's 4300 for individual, 8550
for family. Dependent care is still at $5,000 a year which hasn't changed I
think since 1986. I don't know why they haven't changed it, but yet it's still
at $5,000. And but all the plans do help you with your taxes. Anything you put
towards your HSA FSA.
JJanell W Ng

24:06

Is considered pre tax which helps lower your taxable income.
11Yassir Elbastami

24:11

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

24:12

And HSAFSA can cover any medical, dental, vision expenses for yourself or any
dependents.
JJanell W Ng

24:19

So even if your dependents are not.
JJanell W Ng

24:21

On our plan, you could still use.
JJanell W Ng

24:23

Your HSA FSA funds for dependents. So if your spouse is not on.
JJanell W Ng

24:29

Our plan, but you can still use your HSA funds to pay for their.
JJanell W Ng

24:33

Dental visit or for their glasses. So just be aware you can use it for that.
JJanell W Ng

24:38

Just be careful when using for using your HSA FSA for any over the counter
items. Sometimes some items have to, you might have to have a prescription or it
has to be on an approved list.
SSpeaker 9

24:51

So all of those, all the information.
JJanell W Ng

24:53

Is available on the website.
JJanell W Ng

24:56

So your hsa you shouldn't, it should only be for qualified expenses.
JJanell W Ng

25:00

You can't use it to buy like.
SSpeaker 9

25:01

A flat screen tv.
JJanell W Ng

25:02

Yeah, hopefully it'll stop you but. Or you'll get audited.
SSpeaker 9

25:06

So.
JJanell W Ng

25:06

But only for a medical, dental, vision expenses. This is just a little bit of.
JJanell W Ng

25:12

The FSA which we'll have in detail.
SSpeaker 9

25:14

For you to review. It's a little difficult to read.
JJanell W Ng

25:21

And life and disability plans, thi still offers employer paid life and AD&D
which is one times your annual salary. If you haven't already signed up for
additional life insurance that is also available. If you didn't sign up as a new
hire, you wanted to enroll in.
JJanell W Ng

25:41

Additional life insurance or disability plans.
JJanell W Ng

25:44

Now just be aware you may be.
JJanell W Ng

25:47

You may have to complete a evidence of insurability form so they may ask you
some health questions if you're enrolling outside of that new hire enrollment
period.
JJanell W Ng

25:58

We also do have voluntary AD&D which is accidental death and dismemberment,
spouse life insurance, child life insurance, short term disability, long term
disability and permanent life insurance.
JJanell W Ng

26:12

Which is now through trustmark.
JJanell W Ng

26:15

This we're just talking about. There is employer paid life and AD&D and then
there are certain maximums depending.
JJanell W Ng

26:22

On which plan you're going to enroll in.
JJanell W Ng

26:27

Disability plan. We have three disability plans available. We have short term
disability, long term disability. There's two short term disability options. One
is a 30 day, the second is a 15 day. So that means. So the 15 day option. Option
two, the short term disability will kick in if you have been out.
JJanell W Ng

26:47

For at least 15 days. If you've been out of work for at least 15 days.
JJanell W Ng

26:51

I wanted to bring this up because I've gotten some questions of how this works
with our EIB or PTO Short term disability. It starts on the day of your
disability, but it will not start paying until you are completely out of PTO and
eib. So if you have a very large balance, I would consider whether or not short
term disability is worth it for you. Long term disability kicks in after 90
days.
JJanell W Ng

27:19

So if you've been out for 90 days, then that's when long term disability kicks
in. Short term disability may be a great option.
JJanell W Ng

27:26

If you're a newer employee, you haven't accrued that pto, you haven't accrued
that eib.
JJanell W Ng

27:32

And if you're out, short term disability.
JJanell W Ng

27:35

Pays a portion of your salary while you're out.
JJanell W Ng

27:37

It's 60% of your salary for that timeframe.
JJanell W Ng

27:43

But short term disability, it stops at.
JJanell W Ng

27:46

Right before 90 days because that's when long term disability would kick in.
JJanell W Ng

27:50

But think about that when you're going through your benefits as you want to.
JJanell W Ng

27:57

Be conscious with how you're spending your money. But so, but short term
disability will.
JJanell W Ng

28:02

Not kick in until you have exhausted all your PTO and eib. Okay, beneficiaries,
very important, make sure you have one, make sure it's current. So if you had a
life change recently, got married or divorced, or maybe a parent or Whoever you
had listed maybe passed recently. Make sure your beneficiaries are up to
date. And for any non spouse beneficiary, we have to have a notarized letter
from your spouse saying it's okay to name.
JJanell W Ng

28:34

Someone else as your primary beneficiary.
JJanell W Ng

28:38

We always encourage you not to list minors as well. So if you're listing anyone
under the age of 18, typically in the state.
JJanell W Ng

28:47

Of Texas, minors cannot be the primary beneficiary.
JJanell W Ng

28:51

So I would make sure to consult legal advice if you need to get together a will
or a trust and.
JJanell W Ng

29:00

That way you can make sure that your loved ones are taken care of.
JJanell W Ng

29:03

If you do list a minor as.
JJanell W Ng

29:06

A beneficiary, there is a longer process for them to get those funds, whether
it's from your life insurance and whatever.
JJanell W Ng

29:14

It's important to have this also for your I know we're not talking about
retirement, but make sure you have your.
JJanell W Ng

29:18

Beneficiaries updated for your retirement benefits as well.
JJanell W Ng

29:21

But make sure you have your all.
JJanell W Ng

29:23

Your beneficiaries and make sure they're up to date.
JJanell W Ng

29:28

And universal life insurance which is now offered through Trustmark, it says
it's going to be offered now through Trustmark, no longer Transamerica and it's
they're offering a permanent life insurance long term coverage that can build
cash value over time. And so the nice thing is there.
JJanell W Ng

29:51

Are group rates that are more advantageous than if you were to go and get a
permanent life plan on your own.
JJanell W Ng

29:58

So rates will never increase due to age.
JJanell W Ng

30:00

So it's a little different than the voluntary life plan which is usually age
banded.
JJanell W Ng

30:05

So every five years rates go up. With the permanent life insurance your rates
don't increase.
JJanell W Ng

30:11

You get locked in at a rate.
JJanell W Ng

30:12

Okay and then there is a link that will link out when you go.
JJanell W Ng

30:16

Onto apptia that you can go onto Trustmark if you're interested.
11Yassir Elbastami

30:20

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

30:21

And what can universal life benefits pay for? Funeral, burial cost, rent,
mortgage payments, tuition and loans, credit card bills, medical expenses,
retirement savings. So some of the plan features.
SSpeaker 9

30:37

So.
JJanell W Ng

30:38

Employee must purchase or have Trustmark universal life coverage to purchase
coverage on their dependents. So it includes spouse. You can do children or
grandchildren on.
JJanell W Ng

30:47

The universal life plan as well.
JJanell W Ng

30:49

Dependent coverage is not issued until the.
JJanell W Ng

30:52

Application is approved and issued.
JJanell W Ng

30:55

Okay, that's a few things. For Trustmark there's also an accelerated death
benefit if there's terminal illness. So it accelerates a one time payment up to
75% of available death benefit.
JJanell W Ng

31:10

If life expectancy is two years or less.
JJanell W Ng

31:13

And there's several Other plans available through.
JJanell W Ng

31:16

Trustmark and you can go through them when you're online.
JJanell W Ng

31:21

There are additional voluntary benefits still available and there's still to the
same providers, Identity theft protection, employee assistance now through
Hartford Legal Services, Auto and home and.
JJanell W Ng

31:34

There'S also still pet insurance available.
JJanell W Ng

31:37

So just wanted to go over high level interview, high level overview but main
differences. High deductible plan is a slight change. It's an
increase. Transamerica is ending at the end of the year. Those plans will be now
moved over to Hartford.
JJanell W Ng

31:56

Except for the universal or Permanent life plan, which is now through
Trustmark.
JJanell W Ng

32:02

The HSA FSA maximums have increased for 2025. And just make sure to go onto the
Appdia website to enroll. Print out your summary page just in case to make sure
everything is accurate. And make sure to enroll in any.
JJanell W Ng

32:18

HSA FSA or dependent care FSA if you want that for 2025.
JJanell W Ng

32:24

So does anyone have any questions about open enrollment? So it will be available
if you really wanted to? I think it's open at midnight, but please make sure to
enroll. The deadline is it's going to be from November 8th starting
tomorrow. It's two weeks until November 22nd, 11:59pm but please do not wait
until 11:59 because this is what's going to happen. You're going to try to
enroll at 11:30 and you're going to have technical issues. So make sure to
enroll as soon as you can. And that way if you have issues, we can work through
them before the deadline. So there are very rare cases where we'll extend the
deadline and it's usually if someone's incapacitated. But other than that, you
know, make sure that during these two weeks that.
JJanell W Ng

33:15

You go onto the website and enroll.
JJanell W Ng

33:18

Any questions about our 2025 plans?
JJanell W Ng

33:24

Yes, ma'am. Oh, okay.
JJanell W Ng

33:35

That's good to know because pet medication is very expensive.
JJanell W Ng

33:45

Okay.
MMatthew Fortner

33:47

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

33:48

Thank you. So yeah, Walmart also offers like a pet pharmacy. I've been using
Chewy so you could go different places. Yeah, pets are expensive.
MMatthew Fortner

34:06

Okay.
SSpeaker 9

34:07

All right.
JJanell W Ng

34:13

So I will.
JJanell W Ng

34:14

I'll be sending out this presentation along with the summary page and the
enrollment guide. But starting tomorrow, you can go ahead and log on to Apptia
and start enrolling in your 2025 benefits.
11Yassir Elbastami

34:27

Okay.
JJanell W Ng

34:28

All right, thank you everyone.
SSpeaker 10

01:38:45
