BOXING

I'm an experience boxer, but I love how coach Steve Vandawalle literally starts
at the very basics and takes you to that developmental stage in his
instructional video. Definitely recommend it.

EXCELLENT AND VERY COMPREHENSIVE INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

I liked Mr. VanDeWalle’s first set so much that I went ahead and bought the
second set on the strength of how good the first set was. I was not
disappointed. Whilst there are some parts of this that are still part of a
beginner's boxers program, most of it continues from the first set into
intermediate training and fight preparation. Taken together, these two sets
would be a good beginning for anyone preparing themselves for the first boxing
match. This Is a really comprehensive program, four and a half hours in length.
