“In the beginning of 2022, our company was attempting to navigate through a
substantial labor shortage induced by the COVID-19 pandemic. With our busy
season quickly approaching, and the need for more staff, we reached out to BJ's
Service Company Inc. Having never used a staffing agency previously to assist
with recruitment, it was intimidating to say the least. Despite the initial
