and negotiates all the owners financing terms on their commercial property that

Company Retainer Fees:



        (1.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Three (3) Commercial Properties
Nationwide: Retainer Fee: $8,500.00



        (2.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Five (5) Commercial Properties

        (3.) Broker / Assessment Fee of Five Percent (5%) will be added to all
Commercial Property Purchases and will be collected at                    the
