 1. In Figma, go to the plugin menu and start html.to.design plugin
 2. Enter the url of the website to import into Figma
 3. Chose the viewports to import (mobile, desktop, tablet...)

Hello, when I try to import a website it stucks on "Configuring import [name of
the site]". Earlier it worked well, but now it stucks at this point. I'm using
free version. When I tried to refresh the site, I got less free import and again

Hi, I have been using html.to.design for over a year now. Recently, when I try
to import HTMLs and put them on FIGMA, all the texts are being shown as Thin -
and not following the source. Am I doing somethign wrong? Around 2-3 months ago,
it wasn't like this. All the texts and lines are super thin (almost
transparent).

About a year ago, I tried Figma for a few weeks as a student, using the free
plan. During that time, I also tried your plugin and on October 23, 2023, I
purchased an annual subscription for $108. Back then, I thought I might get into
web design. However, after using Figma and the plugin for two to three weeks, I
decided to stop, and I uninstalled both Figma and the plugin. Today, a year
later, I’ve been charged $143.94 by Figma. I was confused since I don’t have any
active paid subscriptions with Figma. After searching through my payment history
from last year, I remembered the payment for your plugin, and it appears I’ve
been charged for another year. Unfortunately, I no longer need either Figma or
your plugin. After reading some comments here, I visited How to cancel a
subscription and followed the instructions. I reinstalled Figma, but I couldn’t
find any record of the plugin in the Community Purchases section or even find
that section in the Settings. I really need to get a refund for this charge. I
let the purchase go a year ago, but I can’t afford to pay for another year for
something I absolutely don’t need. Please help me resolve this situation and
refund the payment. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

All versions have autolayout has an option. When you import you will be asked if
you want to use Autolayout or a few other options. If the panel doesn't come up
during the import, maybe you requested "Automatic dismissal for this domain". In
that case, just hold the CMD key when you click [Import] or drag-and-drop a

Hi Alin, The free imports reset on the day you first used the plugin. Could be
any day in the month, not on the 1st of every month. At the top of the plugin
you will see a message like "0 free import left - reset in X days" - X is the
number of days before all free imports are available again. Enjoy!

Hello divRIOTS! I'm using your plugin and I love it (thanks for it). I'm
considering switching to the PRO version but I'm not sure if it's the best for
my situation. To be short, I need the PRO version because I need to get far more
than 10 pages but only for one website. The website was developed without any
previous design and until now I used your plugin to get one page here and there
to redesign them specifically. But now we want to think about the all website
and it would be great to get all the pages in Figma. It's a bit a one shot
situation and I would like to know if it is an option to subscribe for one month
to your plugin, get all the pages and then unsubscribe? Or when we unsubscribe
we loose access to the designs generated by the plugin? Thanks for your help!

import WIX Websites with mobile viewport. It always imports the desktop

Hi @oleacutis, sorry you're having problems! I'm not sure I understand exactly
at which step you're stuck. Maybe you can jump over on our Discord
(https://html.to.design/chat) to tell us more about your problem! The wait time
is normally fairly short, and will depend on the website. It can go from about
3s to 1 minute, depending on many factors (server hosting that website,
complexity of the website, etc)

Hello I really enjoy your plugin. He is great! i have a bug/error But, recently
it happens to me that when I use it, figma crashes... I get a message that I
have run out of browsing memory and figma stops working. It's only when I use

Hello @ashkan10 , we are not part of Figma, therefore the Figma PRO plan is not
linked the html.to.design PRO plan. You need to subscribe to this plugin on top
on the Figma PRO plan. Best. Greg

subscriptions of this plugin, it's directly managed by Figma payment platform.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my subscription to your
service, HTML.to.Design. I had initially purchased a one-month subscription,
which I subsequently canceled at the end of the month. Despite this, I have
noticed that your system has continued to attempt to charge me $18 for a second
month. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to resolve this
matter. While I am currently not in need of the service, I would be happy to
consider resubscribing when the need arises.

controlled/managed entirely by the Figma application itself. We can't do much

methods and locations (it's made for team but we do support team starting with 1
