Which stores have Curbside Pickup?

All stores now offer curbside pickup!

What is Curbside Pickup?

Curbside Pickup is a part of our Free Store Pickup program and is available in
all stores. Customers can place an order on the Belk app or belk.com and pick up
their order from the convenience of their car.

How does it work?

Curbside pickup is fast, free and easy! Choose Free Store Pickup when adding
items to your bag or at checkout. Once you’re notified the order is ready,
you’ll get instructions on how to let us know you’re on the way so we can have
your item(s) ready!

What are the pickup hours?

Free in-store and curbside pickup hours are 11AM-7PM Sunday, 10AM-9PM
Monday-Friday & 10AM-9PM Saturday (hours may vary by store). Orders must be
placed by 5PM to pick up order same day. If an order is placed after 5PM, the
order will be ready at store open the following day. Orders can be picked up
until store closing.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

When your order is ready we will send you an e-mail with an option to let us
know when you’re on the way, and whether you would like to pick your order up
in-store or curbside. We will have your order ready when you arrive. While most
orders will be ready in an hour or less, order size and demand can vary by
store.

How do I know which products are eligible?

Items available for free store pickup will be marked as such on belk.com. Due to
variations in the merchandise inventory from one store to another, some items
may be available at your local store and some may not. Use the Free Curbside
Pickup section on the product detail page or in Shopping Bag to locate an
available store.

Why are some products not available at my local store?

Merchandise inventory may vary from one store to another, and some may be
shipped directly from vendors and not available at your local store. Only items
available at your local store are available for Curbside Pickup. Merchandise
availability changes frequently, so check back often!

Who can pick up my order?

Either person listed on the order information is allowed to pick up your store
pickup or curbside order.

How long will my order be held at the store?

Once your belk.com order is ready, you have 10 days to pick up your order. You
will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your order is returned to
inventory and a refund is processed.

What do I need to pick up my order?

You will need your order pickup notification email and a photo ID. You may
either print your email for reference or show it on your mobile device.

What do I do when I arrive at the store?

Pull up to the designated Curbside Pickup location at your local Belk store.
Follow the instructions in your notification email to let us know you’re here.
Please have your order pickup email and photo ID ready to show us through the
window. Then, just pop your trunk and an associate will place your order inside.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged once a store confirms they have your merchandise and it is
ready for pick up.

How do I return something from a Curbside Pickup order?

You may return your order in-store with your receipt or by mail following our
Return Policy located here.

SAME DAY DELIVERY FAQS



What is Same Day Delivery?

Same Day Delivery is a service that allows you to order on belk.com and have
your items delivered right to your door that day! Same day delivery is available
seven days a week, most days of the year, for select areas and ZIP codes. Same
Day Delivery is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or
U.S. territories.

How do I place an order for Same Day Delivery?

Same day orders can only be placed by 2:00pm ET online at belk.com or in the
Belk app. If you order after the deadline, you will see ‘tomorrow’ as an option
in checkout.

 1. Look for items with the Same Day Delivery icon and add them to your Shopping
    Bag.
 2. Once you're in your Shopping Bag, select the Same Day Delivery option.
 3. Continue through checkout and complete your order.
    
    

Please note: Your order is coming from your local store and will be delivered in
a Belk shopping bag.

How much does Same Day Delivery cost?

Your cost for same day delivery is based on the shipping threshold. For orders
over the day’s shipping threshold, same day delivery will be $9.95. For orders
under the day’s shipping threshold, the cost of same day delivery will be
$14.95. Elite free shipping does not apply to same day delivery shipments.

Who will be delivering my order?

Same Day Delivery is offered through our delivery partners in select areas.

When will my Same Day Delivery order arrive?

Orders placed by 2pm ET are eligible for Same Day Delivery. Orders placed after
this deadline will be delivered the next day by 9pm. You can track your Same Day
Delivery orders through the link provided with your order confirmation text or
your “item is ready for pickup by driver” email and text messages.

What if I am not available when my delivery arrives?

The delivery person will find a safe place to leave your order, or may try to
contact you at the phone number provided during checkout. If the delivery is not
able to be completed, your order will be returned to the store, and a full
refund of your order and shipping costs will be completed within 24 hours of it
being returned.

What items are available for same day delivery?

Most in-stock merchandise from your local Belk store is available for Same Day
Delivery, except for Fine jewelry over $500. Gift boxes and gift messaging are
excluded from Same Day Delivery service. Item availability is not guaranteed.

What if I don't receive my delivery?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or text message. If
the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn’t leave
the product in a hidden location. If our delivery provider was unable to deliver
your order, the tracking link will show ‘Returned Back to Sender’. The product
will be returned to the store and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my order?

Our goal is to process & ship your order as quickly as possible. You may cancel
your order up to 15 minutes after the order has been submitted through your
belk.com account.

page. For info on Belk store merchandise returns, please refer to the back of
your store receipt for instructions.
