RESOLVED | ISSUE WITH AUTOMATIC ONBOARDING PROCESSING

Update: We are pleased to inform you that the issue with the Automatic
Onboarding Processing affecting M365 inline users has been resolved; 

All M365 inline users can now resume the onboarding process automatically
without any manual intervention.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you
experience any further issues or have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact our support team.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with the
Automatic Onboarding Processing. This issue is affecting only M365 inline users.

Impact:
M365 inline users will need to perform the onboarding process manually. However,
customers who are already onboarded will not be affected.

Workaround:
Please follow the manual onboarding process detailed in our documentation
center: Manual Configuration Guide.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are
working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

NEW-LOOK REPORTS PAGE

Our Reports page is back - with an improved UI, and now called the Periodic
Reports page. Use the Periodic Reports page to download any of the Monthly or
Weekly reports that have been generated for your organization - or for any of
the child organizations. These periodic reports are now available in both PDF
and JSON formats. To access the new Periodic Reports page, go to
Insights > Reports. For more information, see the Documentation Center.

DOMAINS AND DRIVES REPORTS HAVE BEEN DEPRECATED

The Domains reports and Drives reports have been deprecated - and are therefore
no longer available. Information from these reports is now included in the
newly-formatted Weekly and Monthly reports.

To review and configure which reports are generated for your organization, go to
Account > Preferences > Alerts and Reports.

THIRD PARTY EXTENSION INVENTORY

[Advanced Browser Security] The new Extensions > Extension Analysis page in the
Advanced Browser Security console provides essential administrative insights
regarding third-party browser extensions that are installed on end-user devices
in your organization. The displayed information includes a spin.ai risk score
and an accompanying explanatory spin.ai report for each extension. Additionally,
the permissions required by each extension are clearly presented. This
information helps you manage browser extension governance by identifying and
proactively addressing potentially risky extensions that have been installed in

NEW FORMAT FOR PERIODIC REPORTS

We’ve updated our weekly and monthly periodic reports. We’ve improved the
content that is included in the reports, and we’ve enhanced the format of the
reports. The reports are now generated in pdf format. The pdf files will be
attached to the email messages that are sent to the specified admin users. 

If you're not already receiving these periodic reports and you would like to,
you can select to receive them - from the Accounts > Preferences page.

1. Scroll down to the Alerts & Reports section, and click Edit.

2. Under "Admin Alerts and Reports", enable the "Receive periodic security
report" toggle.

3. Select the reports that you want to be generated, and specify the recipients
of the reports.

INTERFACE LANGUAGE SELECTOR MOVED

We've changed the location where you can select the language to display in the
Perception Point X-Ray interface. To change the display language, click the
down-arrow that is on the right of your name on the right of the X-Ray banner,
click Language, and then click the required language.

NEW DARK THEME OPTION

Users can now select the dark theme [mode] to display Perception Point X-Ray. To
switch to the dark theme, click the down-arrow that is on the right of your name
on the right of the X-Ray banner, click Theme, and then and then click the Dark
theme option.

TEMPORARY ISSUE WITH REPORT GENERATION

We are currently addressing a technical issue affecting the generation and
delivery of our weekly, monthly, and domain reports. Our team is actively
working on a quick fix and implementing wide-ranging improvements to ensure a
smooth report generation process in the future.

We expect to publish the quick fix as soon as possible, and the full resolution
is estimated to take approximately one month.

During this time, you may receive your regular reports delayed, and some reports
may be missing altogether. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and
appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue swiftly.

NEW PROTECTED EMAIL ASSETS PAGE




The new Protected Email Assets page lets you view and manage the email-related
assets in your organization that are protected by Perception Point X-Ray.

 * For inline connection [Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Inline, Microsoft
   Exchange, and "Other email services"], the Protected Email Assets page shows
   information about the domains that are protected, similar to the former
   Domains page.
 * For Microsoft 365 API connection, the Protected Email Assets page shows
   information about the email-related assets that are protected. The protected
   assets can include domains, groups, and users. The Protected Email Assets
   page also lets you switch between protecting the organization's entire
   Microsoft 365 account, and partial protection.

Additional functionality will be added to the Protected Email Assets page in the
coming months.

To open the Protected Email Assets page: In Perception Point X-Ray, in the left
navigation menu, select Account > Protected Email Assets.

CUSTOM ORGANIZATION LOGO IN THE CONSOLE BANNER

Perception Point customers: By default, there is a "Perception Point X-Ray" logo
on the left side of the X-Ray banner.

Acronis customers: By default, there is an "Acronis - Cyber Protect Cloud" logo
on the left side of the "Advanced Email Security" banner.

You can now replace the default logos with your organization's logo, typically
for white-labeling or branding purposes. You can find the customization controls
under Account > Preferences > Customization.
