999 dollars a month and this phone call was not supposed to be about money. This
is supposed to be a legitimate business, but it felt like I was dealing with a
criminal from Russia by the time it was over. It was a new experience for me,
talking to a malevolent person who was actively trying to sell me something.
After I expressed my lack of interest, I received repeated calls, and they
eventually began calling me using my own caller ID. I believe this situation
warrants a fraud complaint to either the FCC or the New York State Attorney

try. My vehicle is brand new with less than 2500 miles without a single scratch
on it. I had just witnessed a worker pull it out of the wash with fresh powder

We drove from a far end of Bklyn to check out this place. Parking was not easy
and the best we could do was a parking meter and we put in $ 3.00. Got to the
store, it has a locked door with a bell to ring. We rang the bell, waited, rang
again, waited and no one ever responded. The store was clearly open. Looked at
the hours posted on the door and confirmed to ourselves we were there during

but I was so disappointed in the service that I will not be returning.
Disadvantages I came to Sew Brooklyn to get tracks sewn in the back of my hair
but because I am inexperienced when it comes to weaves, I was told that I
actually should have gotten the Sew Flippin' Cute. I was also told that I needed
to purchase hair at the salon instead of the hair I had purchased from the
beauty supply store because the hair I

had would get "tangled and matted" quickly. Unfortunately, I was very
disappointed with this service. Not only were the tracks sewn in too tight to my
hair, but when I took the weave out (only 1 month later despite how I was told I
could keep it in for 8 weeks), I lost so much hair and was shocked by the hair
loss. I believe there were too many tracks in my hair and the tightness with
which they were braided in caused my hair to fall out. Along with that, the hair
I was instructed to buy from the salon also got matted and tangled within the
2nd week of wearing it. I had to remove some of the tracks myself because of how
bulky the weave looked toward the top of my head and still struggled to style
the hair in a way that looked natural unlike what I was told at the salon. I was
told this hair could last for years but after shampooing and conditioning it
like I would my normal hair, it still does not look the same as it did when it
was first installed. I am deeply disappointed and discouraged that my own
natural hair is so short now despite this being a "protective style" and I spent
so much money on a service and hair that was not done well and resulted in
damaging my own hair. I spent over $600 on the hair and weave install itself not
including the tip for the stylist. I do not recommend this salon especially if
you've never done a weave before. I am currently trying to regrow my hair and
feel very sad that I came to this salon with high hopes and expectations only

Do not use. Been using them for several years so I can confirm. They raise the
price on you every year by leaps and bounds if you are a repeat customer. I
always have to watch out if a call is coming from the IRS (I have had my refund
held for verification) and they are unreachable off season. If you want to feel

Advantages Easy access to a super professional repair service for our espresso
machine. Disadvantages Nothing. They are the best. Comment We have accumulated 3
Rancilio espresso machines over the years, one at home, one at the beach and a
backup. All needed servicing and my wife found KL5 in Brooklyn, where our son
lives. We thought we'd bring all 3 in for servicing and then go to Cafe Colette

charge you as much as they possibly can to make a buck. To summarize: I came to
my appt for a check-up, my first time visiting Pure OBGYN. On in-take my blood
pressure was high, likely from rushing to the appt or nerves. I had met with my
primary care doctor exactly 1 month before and my BP was normal. Always has
been. I had a normal, annual exam and at the end, the nurse tried measuring my

it was still high. After mentioning having my own BP device at home, I was told
to measure again later and if it was still high I may want to start a new birth
control to be safe. I checked out at the front desk, was told my co-pay was $0
and I was all set, said thank you, and went to leave. I literally had my hand on
the exit door handle when I was called back in: the doctor wanted to see me
again in her office. There, she merely reiterated that I should measure my blood
pressure again at home, and then proactively called in an alternate birth
control for me (which I actually suggested she shouldn't do, as I was confident
in the fact that my BP was average). In that moment, where I was called back
into the office just to hear things I had already heard but in a different
setting, I had this sinking feeling that some complete bullshit would happen.
And I was right. Shortly after, I found out I was charged for 2 visits according
to my Aetna claims. One for my annual visit (preventative, $0 co-pay) and one
for an office visit ($60 co-pay). I called Aetna shortly after to verify I
wasn't responsible for this charge, as this was an annual covered at 100% with
no co-pay and I only had 1 visit that day. They confirmed. I tried to reach
someone in billing at Pure OBGYN via email, but would only get vague responses,
sometimes by phone from random numbers. Voicemails would be left but never
specifically responding to what I emailed about, often inquiring about what I
even needed to discuss. I also called several times, stating Aetna told me the
$60 wasn't my responsibility, but was always told that someone in billing would
call me back with a response; they were never available to talk to me when I
called. When they called back, it would go straight to voicemail and always be a
vague support response, never addressing the actual nature of the issue.
Purposely circuitous and infuriating. So I let it go, thinking my insurance
would handle it or something. But since the appt, Pure OBGYN has sent me
automated emails multiple times a week, if not daily. And now, after 1.5 years,
finally this "David S." biller emails me directly about the payment, but only to
threaten to send me to small claims court. Pure OBGYN must be really hard up.
And it shows: I've never seen another practice have a "Pay My Bill" feature in
their on-site navigation that you can submit payment to without even logging in!
Unreal...and telling. David S. from billing refused to contact Aetna directly
and only offered that we could do a three-way call once I was able to reach
them, despite already having spoken with them. Is this middle school??? Not many
people have the time during the day to call Aetna multiple times to relay
messages. It takes hours sometimes to get a real person on the phone and sort
out these claims, and this practice banks on that: manipulating people to get
more money in claims from their preventative appointments, then feigning
inability to communicate with insurance providers; leaving clients in some
weird, time-wasting purgatory that many of us deem not worth $60 to wade
through, like I ended up doing. I'm honestly not confident the blood pressure
monitor they used isn't calibrated to do this exact thing: falsely inflate
numbers so that the doctor can tack on some bullshit office visit about high
blood pressure and submit additional claims. I wonder how many clients have
similar grievances with this practice. Maybe we'll all find out soon... Hope it
was worth it for that sweet $60, you criminals!!! I wouldn't send my worst

incidents my MIL is now in a nursing home. She totally lost herself after the

and cannot hire a vendor to do it. The Leveret locker is smeared in laundry

Disadvantages I saw Dr sangupta 4:30 June 26. I didn't actually see her until
5:30 pm, but that's ok. I understand a patient's time doesn't count. Anyway it
was just there for a consultation re: an all-on-four process. I don't know if
she even does this and she never said whether she did or not. I was rec to her
as I already had an all on six done 3 yrs ago and 3 o/t implants failed. A

and four-to-six implants are placed in your gums to which a fixed unremovable
denture is attached. Understandably I was unhappy about this mishap but I think
was partially at fault for not following thru w/extensive scalar cleaning during
the pandemic. I gave her copies of my x-rays and a summary of what my dentist
did. She didn't read it. I understand that. dentists don't have the time to read
anything beyond two sentences; just too busy making money to pay for the kids ed
& the mrtgage. she did some kind of scan and then felt she needed another scan .
she asked if I could get a cd drive of a scan done by another oral surgeon in
Qns, from whom I also asked for a consultation. (He reccomended that we start
all over again. Perhaps that's what I'll do despite the aggrevation & the cost.
Probably at least twice what my original dentist is proposing to charge. For
some reason she preferred that instead of doing this scan herself. I agreed &
drove into Bayside to pick it up on Weds 6/28. I dropped it off that same day.

was wearing a mask when she treated me.) said she would call me w/her
evaluation. I felt very good about her as I liked her manner. A wk past.
Nothing. So on Weds July 5 I called her. The recep told me dr sengupta was w/a
pt & wld call me back. No call back. So I called on Thurs July 6 (today) only to
learn dr sengupta was on vac & wont be back for 2 wks. Not even a call prior to
this to let me know she would get back to me when she gets back. Perhaps she
didn't plan on getting back. Acc to the recept, the office mgr said she evalated
the scan. But nothing from the dentist. I realize the work would be complex;
perhaps beyond the skill level of the dentist. But she could have said so. At
any rate I will let all my friends etc now of her most unprofessional behavior.
