The 9th Annual Private Wealth Latin America & the Caribbean Forum is the leading
conference for RIAs, family offices and private banks from throughout the
region. The forum’s content is developed through hundreds of one-on-one meetings
with the high net worth family wealth management community and the program's
speaker faculty is primarily comprised of leaders in the sector across the US,
Latin America and the Caribbean.

Our agenda covers asset allocation and protection, equity markets, fixed income,
alternative investments, as well as succession planning and an outlook of the
financial markets and the global economy. This event is completely closed-door
and invitation-only, and it is designed to enable genuine peer-to-peer learning
and networking for the regional private wealth community.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Vicente Fox, Former President of Mexico, (2000-2006)

Vicente Fox Quesada was born on July 2, 1942. He grew up at Rancho San Cristobal
in Guanajuato, a communal land, where the only difference between him and his
childhood friends were the opportunities he had. He always remembers from his
childhood that one of the harms that can be avoided in our country is poverty.
He studied Business Administration at the Universidad Iberoamericana, and later
he received a Top Management Diploma from the Harvard Business School. In 1964
he joined the Coca-Cola Company in Mexico and started from the bottom; through
his perseverance he became President of the company for Mexico and Latin
America. He served as President of Mexico from 2000 to 2006. He was the first
candidate from an opposition party to be elected president. Nowadays, he is
actively involved on encouraging leadership and creating opportunities for the
less favored people through his organization named Centro Fox.

Luis Fortuño, Former Governor of Puerto Rico, (2009-2013)

Former Governor of Puerto Rico Luis G. Fortuño represents investment funds and
Fortune 500 companies in regulatory, public policy, public-private partnership
(P3) and project finance, finance, and other corporate matters in the United
States and throughout Latin America. Clients benefit from Luis's ability to
combine practical, business-savvy advice with an understanding of how
legislative and regulatory policy can affect their business operations. His 12
years of government service includes serving as Puerto Rico’s governor and as
its sole representative in the US House of Representatives.

Sandro Salsano, President, Salsano Group

Sandro Salsano is an Italian born self-made entrepreneur, businessman, investor
and philanthropist. He is President of Salsano Group, a private conglomerate
investing in global real estate, private equity and technology. He is Chairman
of Salsano Family Office and Chairman of Salsano Shahani Foundation, improving
kids education in Latin America. Named by Forbes the Warren Buffett of Central
America, nominated by World Economic Forum as Young Global Leader. Chairman of
Global Dignity and Academy of Global Teacher Prize. Sandro graduated
from Bocconi University Milan with full grades with an MBA program from
the University of San Diego California, he also studied at Harvard Business
School, INCAE, Princeton and Oxford University.

Ricky Watters, NFL All-Pro Super Bowl Champ, Health & Wellness Ambassador

Richard James Watters (born April 7, 1969) is an American former
professional football player who was a running back for the San Francisco
49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks of the National Football
League (NFL). Watters played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish,
where he played wide receiver on the school's 1988 national champion team. He
also won Super Bowl XXIX as a member of the 1994 49ers over the San Diego
Chargers. Watters was known throughout his playing career for his outstanding
receiving skills and his unique high-step running style, which earned him the
nickname Ricky "Running" Watters, from ESPN sportscaster Chris Berman.

Shawne Merriman, Founder, LightsOutXF

Shawne “Lights Out” Merriman has built a powerful brand as a professional
athlete, entrepreneur, entertainment/sports host, and philanthropist. A first
round draft pick for the San Diego Chargers in 2005, Shawne was named Defensive
Rookie of the Year in the NFL. Shawne is the founder and CEO of Lights Out
Brand, his athletic performance line and his real estate and development
projects in San Diego include a multi-million dollar real estate development.
Shawne also co-founded Lights Out Xtreme Fighting (LXF)—MMA events focused on
developing the next great stars of MMA.

Keynote Moderator: Zack Ellison, Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer,
A.R.I. Venture Debt Opportunities Fund

A.R.I. is a venture debt investment manager that provides growth capital to the
fastest growing VC-backed companies in recession resistant sectors and
underserved regions in North America. As Managing General Partner and CIO, Zack
Ellison leads the firm’s management and investment activities, including
sourcing, due diligence, structuring and execution, and portfolio management.
Previously, Mr. Ellison worked in banking, trading, and fixed income investing
roles at Scotia Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Sun Life, among others. He holds an MBA
from Chicago Booth, MS from NYU Stern, CFA, and CAIA.
