They send you a message that your parcel is out for delivery but then their
driver never comes to deliver then suddenly you get a message that they couldnt
get hold of you. They did not even trysuch a very *** stupid service cause you
stay the whole *** day waiting for them

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They eventually
delivered my parcel after a very long and tiering exercise. They are very
incompetent and annoying.

I sent out a parcel from Jhb, Darras Center on Monday morning to Nelspruit,
Mooiplaas. I bought the sleave for 2-3 days. Now it is Thursday evening the
recipient has not received the parcel. None of us received a tracking message. I
called them on Tuesday and they lied to me and said the parcel is out for
delivery. My advice to anyone who is thinking Aramex. Think again! Aramex is the
most useless currier to ever exist. Please do not use this currier if you want
your parcel to get to the destination on time.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Since the company
absolutely refuses to contact you I changed the delivery address to a hospital
so they will have someone to communicate with in person 24/7 as telephonic
communication seems to be some sort of inconvenience to them.

I ordered a package from a company in Cape Town. They use these couriers (
shipping included with purchase) they were supposed to deliver the package last
Thursday. I had been waiting all day for them, but as 5pm arrived their website
just updated "nobody home" when trying to track the package. The exact same
happened today. I even changed the address to an easier accessible place for
their convenience and waited there. They absolutely refuse to contact you. You
can contact them on WhatsApp but "Edith" whom "assisted" me was about as useful
as a 10 year old trying to defend Berlin against the red army.

Aramex on Saturday. Aramex send me an email saying that they are going to

My parcel is stuck with Aramex with no willingness to solve a problem only
claiming no data, how can you pick a parcel with no data and collect payment?
Aramex is not calling the sender nor receiver as a corrective measure, Aramexs
quality control and dispatching department is not bothered with a parcel that is
sitting without being delivered. Aramex is not even updating the tracking status
log for the past 3 days!!!

From buying the Aramex sleeve, my experience was very negative. The person at
the drop-off point were not trained on how to use Aramex. The call center is
unfriendly and not helpful. The WhatsApp line took more than an hour to come
back to me. And when I used it again today it was stuck on the same message no
matter what I typed in. Just kept on giving me the same answer: "Sorry, the
tracking number is invalid. Please try again". Called the customer care again,
all the lady said is "try again after 17h00" Didn't resolve my issue or help me.
I don't trust that my parcel is on its way
Pros:

* Confusing instructions
* Cant track my parcel more than 24 hours later
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend. Rather use The Courier Guy. Great
service

UNFAIRLY CHARGED CUSTOMS

I ordered my clothes by R1295 and when I check on the aramex tracking parcel
page it weighs 2.8kg. Today I received an sms that requires me to pay R521.92
.How is that possible that almost half of the money i paid for my clothes.Thats
very unfair please. Recheck

Absolutely pathetic. Same day service at double the price!!! Received my package
4 working days later. Definitely will never use them again. Get other services
at half the price.
Loss:
$300
Pros:
* Misleading and incorrect advertising
Preferred solution: Needed urgent info from computer.

Guys I need my parcel please. I'm sooo upset, the status of my order shows
delivered, to who because I have not been contacted, who it was given to because
no called me or anything to let me know, so I need to get to the bottom of this,
I'm fuming, this pure ignorance, u need to make sure u communicate with me and
make sure I reiceve my parcel

Hi did you manage to finally get your package? I'm dealing with the same issue
where the tracking says delivered but nothing was delivered to me.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday to the American consulate only
to find out the driver got there after business hours after I repeatedly
insisted its an express delivery. I will not use the Postnet ever again and its
shocking they outsource another courier to perform their tasks. Overall time
delivery was a mess because the documents were being waited on that Monday
morning

Preferred solution: Full refund

with your parcels

I called and no one helped me, so till today I haven't changed the address. Now
I'm busy calling as if it's my fault that I put the wrong address whereas it's
you guys. Please sort this issue out ASAP. Thank you.
