CASE INFORMATION

On January 21, 2024, Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd., the filed a petition in the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under
chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On July 1, 2024, an affiliate
of Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd., Terraform Labs Limited, also filed a petition in
the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief
under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The cases for Terraform
Labs Pte. Ltd., and its affiliate, (collectively the “Debtors”) have been

DEADLINE TO FILE CLAIMS

The deadline for any entity (other than a governmental unit) to file claims
against the Debtors arising before the applicable Petition Date has been
established by the Bankruptcy Court, at Docket No. 444, as August 9th, 2024 at
5:00 PM (prevailing Eastern Time) (the “General Bar Date”). For governmental
units, the deadline to file claims arising before January 21, 2024 against
Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd. has been established as August 9th, 2024 at 5:00 PM
(prevailing Eastern Time) (the “TFL Governmental Bar Date”) and to file claims
arising before July 1, 2024 against Terraform Labs Limited has been established
as December 30, 2024 at 5:00 PM (prevailing Eastern Time) (the “TLL Governmental
Bar Date”). For detailed instructions on who should file a claim, how to do so,
and to access the proof of claim form, please refer to the bar date notice
linked below.

Importantly, please note that if any person or entity believes they hold an
“Excluded Crypto Claim” (as defined below), they are not required to file a
proof of claim on account of the Excluded Crypto Claim by the General Bar Date.

Excluded Crypto Claims are subject to the Preliminary Crypto Loss Claims Bar
Date. The Preliminary Crypto Loss Claims Bar Date Order [Docket No. 491]
requires holders of Excluded Crypto Claims who desire to vote on the proposed
chapter 11 plan (the “Plan”) to file a claim by August 21, 2024 at 5:00 PM
(prevailing Eastern Time) (the “Preliminary Crypto Loss Claims Bar Date) solely
for purposes of voting on the Plan [Docket No. 416] . For detailed instructions
on who should file a claim, how to do so, and to access the proof of claim form,
please refer to the bar date notice linked below.

IF A PARTY DOES NOT FILE A PRELIMINARY CRYPTO LOSS CLAIM BEFORE THE PRELIMINARY
CRYPTO LOSS CLAIMS BAR DATE, IT WILL NOT BE BARRED FROM SUBMITTING A CRYPTO LOSS
CLAIM AT A FUTURE DATE, WHICH WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY PROCEDURES THAT WILL BE
FILED IN THE FUTURE. SUBMITTING A PRELIMINARY CRYPTO LOSS CLAIM DOES NOT ENTITLE
YOU TO A DISTRIBUTION UNDER THE PLAN AND A PRELIMINARY CRYPTO LOSS CLAIM WILL BE
USED SOLELY FOR PURPOSES OF VOTING ON THE PLAN.

“Excluded Crypto Claims” are any claims against the Debtors arising from or
relating to any digital assets, including but not limited to, any claim arising
from or relating to the purchase, sale, or rescission of the purchase or sale,
of digital assets issued, created, generated, minted, promoted by or otherwise
associated with the Debtors and their affiliates, the Terra Ecosystem*, or any
decentralized or centralized application or protocol on the TerraLunaClassic and
TerraLuna blockchains (such digital assets, “Terra Crypto”), any wrapped or
bridged version on any blockchain of any Terra Crypto, any staked or bonded
Terra Crypto on any blockchain, any Terra Crypto on any centralized or
decentralized liquidity, lending, or borrowing application or protocol on any
blockchain, any receipt or derivative of any Terra Crypto on any blockchain, any
derivatives trading or perpetual swaps of Terra Crypto, or any other digital
assets that derive a value from Terra Crypto, and any other digital asset that
was transacted or made available on the TerraLunaClassic and TerraLuna
blockchains, and any reimbursement or contribution claims allowed under section
502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such claims. The definition of Excluded
Crypto Claims is intended to be interpreted broadly to cover all crypto-related
claims concerning Terra.

*"Terra Ecosystem” is defined as including, but not limited, to the projects,
applications, and protocols listed on the Debtors’ website
(https://www.terra.money/ecosystem) as of June 30, 2024 and the projects,
applications, and protocols listed on Debtors’ website as of May 2022 from the
Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/web/2022051018230).
