service of an urgent care facility. We offer exceptional service with cutting
edge technology to help keep you well. Our mission is to provide
patient-centered primary health care and health education through innovative
programs dedicated to community engagement, leadership and excellence.

We maintain full service pharmacies throughout the region with a Patient In Need
program to help families reduce or eliminate their prescription drug bills.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Our behavioral health center provides mental health services ranging from acute
psychiatric care, to group therapy, to substance abuse education and recovery.


LABORATORY

FAMILY MEDICINE

Our family medicine physicians can provide outstanding care for your entire

SCHOOL-BASED

Our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Social Workers can handle

3-D Mammography along with Breast Biopsy Imaging Technology to include ICAD –
Computer Aided Detection system.

accessible care for all of your health needs. They are dedicated to providing
around-the-clock coverage for complete obstetrical and gynecological services.


PEDIATRICS
