A transformative and innovative leader, with extensive experience of inspiring
successful digital, technology and business teams. A delivery and culture
focussed Chief Information and Digital Officer - transforming and driving
performance improvement and creativity across a number of industries. 

Non-Executive Director NED and Board level experience, including providing Board
advisory services. Rachel clearly demonstrates excellent stakeholder management,
developing trusted client relationships at all levels and engaging all those
around her. 

Andy is the Chief Information Security Officer for the Investment Banking and
Markets divisions at Barclays Bank where he specialises in the pragmatic
application of Cyber Security controls and the governance of information
security. Prior to Joining Barclays, Andy worked as a Risk Consultant for
Deloitte, a ‘Big 4’ professional services company where he gained insight into a
number of different industry sectors. 

Andy is married and has two young children. In his spare time Andy likes to keep
fit and enjoys travelling.
