     OKAY, BUT NOT THE WESTIN I ONCE KNEW
     
     This hotel is just fine, but not a high-end hotel that it should be. With
     no Bonvoy elite benefits, a hit-or-miss on service, and an expensive daily
     rate…I’d prefer to be at another hotel but they are a captive location! The
     room I booked and stayed in had a nice shower and a bit more space than a
     regular room, but don’t book expecting an upgrade or anything but what you
     book. They were still selling upgraded rooms the day I checked in and the
     first 2 days I was there, but even as elite there were no upgrades! ]

     EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY WITH WONDERFUL STAFF
     
     We chose this property to enjoy a night away for my partners birthday. We
     were beyond thrilled with our stay before we event made it to the property
     -- this was due to their associate Hannah. She is a lovely human who showed
     poise, compassion and kindness to us - we are thankful for her.
     
     The property was lovely, the room perfect and the hospitality was top
     notch.

     Not for others. A few comments concerning room:
     - very clean
     - most non-user friendly TV I have ever experienced in a hotel
     - for the price of this room, I think it is petty to charge for WiFi if not
     a member (I am a member)
     - there should be a wall switch for lights in the room.
