Steps to use Simple Mail Merge:
1. Create a draft email in Gmail. Use variables for keywords you want to be replaced dynamically. Use {{ variable }} to distinguish a variable.
2. (Optional) Create a Google Doc that you want to include as an attachment with the email. The attachment is sent as a PDF in the mail. Use variables for keywords you want to be replaced dynamically. Use {{ variable }} to distinguish a variable.
3. Create the Data sheet in Google sheets with columns same as the variable names. Configure the Simple Mail merge add and send email to your clients.

This app will get your google user account banned if you send more than 15
emails in 5 minutes. DO NOT use this for mass-campaigs, as you will lose ALL of
your google data, regardless of how long you've had your account for. Terrible
product. As well there is clearly a huge footer at the bottom of every email.

It cannot be a tool issue for sure, it may be because by mistake you would have
violated Google policies. Have you checked with Google? Google reviews each
product before making it available to end users and only after stringent review,
product is approved by Google.

the details of the issue you are facing from the support section of the product.
We will try to get it resolved as soon as possible. As far as footer is
concerned, it is planned that way in the free version of the product.

Love the product. It was easy to migrate from my previous mail merge to this and
it works so smoothly. Sent out monthly party invitations, and surveys form to my
whole team without any complications.
