McCauley Knutsen ('MK') is a law business which understands the needs of

The owners of MK, John McCauley and Craig Knutsen, have a combined 60 years
experience in business, real estate, employment, commercial and tax law.   MK's
clients are in the business of manufacturing, distribution, technology,
internet, professional services, contractors and real estate.

    out of the courtroom. The other lawyer uses his masters of law degree in

    charge, one hour annual consultations and annual updates of your corporate
