VIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Current as of May 3, 2023. Credit only available for new activations with
Bring Your Own Phone, when paired with an in-market 5G+ plan. Savings
applied as a $10 monthly bill credit over the next 24 months. Available
online only. Offer cannot be combined with other code-based offers. Offer
is available for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

2. Based on the total number of national awards received in recent years from
independent companies specializing in mobility network intelligence and
analytics.
3. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
PaymentⓇ balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Device purchased on the
Bring it Back program must be returned in good working condition or you
will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program
amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good
working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is
returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on
the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
4. Up to $160 trade in credit available to TELUS wireless customers who
activate or renew on a Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone on a 2 year plan and
who trade in an eligible device. Trade-in a Samsung Galaxy S21 128GB valued
at $160. Devices traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits.
Limit of one trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon
in-store evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are
non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service
in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade
in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned
for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all
rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any claim against TELUS
or HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade in program. The
HYLA Mobile ULC trade in program is available in Canada only and may be
cancelled at any time without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the
condition of the device being traded in.
5. For every successful activation or renewal made on select Android devices
(Google, Samsung or Motorola) between May 8 - May 31, 2023, TELUS, in
partnership with Android, will plant 1 tree up to a maximum of 45,000
trees.
6. Offer ends May 31, 2023. Offer is subject to change at TELUS’ sole
discretion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. “Until May 31,
when you buy select Android devices, we’ll plant a tree*. Double your
impact, we’ll plant a bonus tree when you trade in your current device”
offer based on customers trading in a device with a minimum value of $25
and activating or renewing on a Google, Motorola or Samsung Smartphone on a
2 year TELUS Easy Payment plan. Eligible devices traded in will still
receive their regular trade-in value and, in conjunction, we will plant 1
tree, up to a maximum of 45,000 trees. Devices traded online will receive
Trade-in value in bill credits. Devices traded through a prepaid return
shipping label will receive a prepaid virtual Mastercard within 10-15
business days of their device being evaluated. Limit of one trade in per
customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon in-store evaluation.
In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and can
only be used when activating or renewing service in the TELUS store where
the device was traded in at the time of the trade in. Products purchased
using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned for full cash value. All
trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all rights in the device to
HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any claim against TELUS or HYLA Mobile ULC with
respect to the device or the trade in program. The HYLA Mobile ULC trade in
program is available in Canada only and may be cancelled at any time
without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the condition of the device
being traded in.
7. To be eligible for Family discounts, at least two subscribers on an account
must be on an unlimited plan. Only the subscribers on unlimited plans are
eligible to receive the discounts. Discounts are as follows: $7.50 per line
per month for two lines, $10 per line per month for three lines and $15 per
line per month for four to nine lines. Discounts will be updated when
subscribers are added or removed on an account. Consumer accounts only.
8. The TELUS Privilege program is reserved for customers who are subscribed to
an Internet service, OPTIK TV or a consumer postpaid mobility plan from
TELUS in Quebec and who sign up at telus.com/telusprivilege. Limited to one
access by mobile phone number or by TELUS residential services account in
Quebec.
9. Doctor consultations are available at no cost for AB, BC, SK & ON residents
who are covered under their respective provincial insurance plan. For ON,
OHIP is currently providing access to telehealth, but this may be subject
to change.
10. Counsellors and dietitians only available in BC, AB & ON.
11. Network speeds vary with location, signal and customer device and customer
rate plan. Compatible device required. Coverage areas are approximate.
Actual coverage, network services and technology can vary and are subject
to change.
