ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS ON E-BIKES

When everyone is talking about E-bikes, what do they mean? Bow is here to answer
your questions! 

HERE ARE THE ANSWERS!

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we are enforcing new security measures
for online orders. We are currently unable to ship to Ontario and Quebec. When
picking up an online order, you will be asked to present a government-issued ID
and the credit card you used to purchase the items. If you need someone else to
pick up your item, please leave their name and phone number in the comment
section of your order before checkout - they will also need to present a
government-issued ID at pick up. 

Please allow 24 hours processing time of all online orders for in-store pickup.
You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup.
