We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Selections and Insight Analyst to
join our Applied Data Services team in Reading. This is a full-time role with
flexibility to work in a way that’s best for you, with 2 days a week working at
our Reading Hub in Burghfield.

 

As the Data Selections and Insight Analyst you will help people with sight loss
to live the life they choose by delivering all data selections for fundraising
and marketing communications activity across the organisation.

 

The role maximises the quality of data insight to all fundraising teams to
ensure delivery of progressive fundraising activity. You’ll provide informed,
clear and well-articulated interpretation of all data analysis and recommend
possible courses of action to allow fundraisers to make informed choices and
maximise opportunity on all income related activity.




CANDIDATE PROFILE

What you’ll bring to the role:

 * Experience of working with a large and/or complex data set and good
   understanding of relational databases.
 * Proven relevant experience in interrogating and manipulating data.
 * Clear and competent when presenting technical data to a non-technical
   audience.
 * Knowledge of SQL and advanced MS Office skills in particular advanced Access
   and Excel.
 * A creative and analytical approach to problem solving.
