Be able to prepare and sometimes plate food in a quick, precise, and presentable manner. Experience/Requirements: Prior cook experience required. Valid Food Handler's Permit required. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Banquet Houseperson Status: Full-time Hours: Varied, 4-5 days per week/varied Description: Friendly, outgoing houseperson will be responsible for the organized and efficient set up and break down of events. Houseperson will ensure all banquet items are set, cleaned, and stored properly, and all event space is set up and broken down according to directive.
