INTRODUCTION

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please be advised that Online Fine Payments will be unavailable on Tuesday,
February 28, 2023 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM due to planned maintenance. We apologize
for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Welcome to the new Online Fine Payment webpage. We’ve made some improvements for
a better user experience.

If you have received a provincial violation ticket, you have received either an
Offence Notice or a Summons. For more information on the difference between
these types of tickets, please visit the ‘Information on Provincial Violation
Tickets’ page.

By making a voluntary fine payment, you are pleading guilty to the offence
charged against you on the ticket. If you do not wish to plead guilty, follow
the instructions on the ticket or call the number at the bottom of the ticket
during business hours.

If you are paying more than one ticket, a separate payment must be entered for
each ticket. Payments will not be properly processed unless entered
individually.

Late Payment Charge
On Offence Notices, if the fine amount is not paid within 30 days of the court
imposed due date (not the voluntary payment date) a late payment charge will be
added to the fine. For further information, please contact a Provincial Court
Office during business hours.

Other information
 * FOR IMMEDIATE RECEIPT OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE, PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT AT YOUR
   NEAREST PROVINCIAL COURT LOCATION.
 * This transaction(s) will appear on your VISAMasterCard statement as 'SASK
   JUSTICE PROV COUR REGINA SK'.
 * The payment amount you enter is in Canadian funds. If payment is made with a
US credit card, the amount paid will be converted to the US fund equivalent
   on your credit card statement.
 * For information regarding a refund of an online payment, please call during
regular business hours. Refunds of credit card payments will be made back to
the original credit card used for the transaction.
 * Payments will be processed within two business days after payment information
   is submitted.

Notice of Conviction Letter
If you have received a Notice of Conviction letter, you are paying after the
court date. The Notice of Conviction letter provides a due date for your fine,
and if applicable, the amount of the late payment fee. IF THE DUE DATE FOR THE
PAYMENT OF YOUR FINE HAS PASSED, THE LATE PAYMENT FEE MUST BE ADDED TO THE
TICKET AMOUNT. It is your responsibility to ensure that both the ticket amount
and late payment fee is paid in full. Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI)
will be instructed to suspend your driver's license until the fine and related
fees are paid in full.

Privacy Statement
The Government of Saskatchewan intends to maintain all reasonable steps to
protect the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information you
submit. The Government of Saskatchewan wishes to collect only your personal
information that is necessary for the purposes that have been identified. Your
personal information will only be used or disclosed for the purposes for which
it is collected, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Privacy
Act, unless you otherwise consent in writing. The Government of Saskatchewan
shall retain your personal information for only as long as necessary for the
fulfillment of those purposes.

For detailed information about the Government of Saskatchewan’s privacy policy,

By proceeding, I understand that I am pleading guilty to the offence charged
against me on the ticket that is being paid.
