MARIPOSA COUNTY HAS NOW AUTHORIZED UP TO TEN (10) FIREARMS ON YOUR MARIPOSA CCW
PERMIT!

Starting January 2024 there will be new pricing for our CCW permit classes. 
With the increased requirement’s of SB2 and with Madera and Mariposa now
authorizing up to ten (10) weapons on their permit, and Merced and Stanislaus
Counties allowing five (05) weapons –  obviously range time has significantly
increased along with our time and travel. Basic renewal fees will now be $110
and initial class fees move to $220.  This price includes qualification range
time for up to three (03) guns and may be paid at registration online thru
PayPal.  Any additional weapons over three (3) and up to ten (10), will be at
$20 per gun, cash or check on the day of your range qualification for the
additional weapons.  More than 3 weapons may also require an additional range
date depending on daylight and class time as well as additional ammunition.
Please contact us before your class date to determine scheduling.

WHEN LOOKING FOR CCW PERMIT TRAINING, EITHER INITIAL OR RENEWAL, MAKE SURE YOU
DO DUE DILIGENCE AND RESEARCH YOUR TRAINING PROVIDERS.  AT HAMMER STRYKE WE ARE
NOT INTERESTED IN SIMPLY QUALIFYING YOU AS SO MANY PROVIDERS DO, WE WANT TO
TRAIN YOU! IF ALL YOU WANT IS THE MINIMUM AT THE CHEAPEST COST, THEN WE WISH YOU
WELL AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOU GOING ELSEWHERE. SURE, OUR CLASSES ARE LONGER THAN
THE “MINIMUM” REQUIREMENTS. SURE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY HARDER, AND GO FASTER.
THIS IS BECAUSE WE WANT YOU TO SURVIVE, NOT DIE, OR BE MAIMED OR INJURED. WE
EXPECT OUR STUDENTS TO GO HOME AFTER THEIR VIOLENT ENCOUNTER! WE TAKE OUR
CLASSES BEYOND THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR ISSUING AUTHORITY AND BRING IT
TO THE REAL WORLD WITH FOLLOW ON CLASSES TO GROW AND EXPAND YOUR NEW SKILL SETS.
IF ALL YOU WANT IS THE MINIMUM EFFORT, TIME AND COST, CONSIDER WELL CURRENT
EVENTS. AS GABE SUREZ SAYS SO WELL: “IN THE LAST MONTH WE HAVE SEEN A RIFLEMAN
IN AN HOTEL ROOM PULLING OFF THE GREATEST MASS MURDER IN RECENT HISTORY, A

With our training facilities in Mariposa and Merced Counties we are able to
accommodate all of central California firearms training needs! Our Instructors
are all certified firearms instructors with background careers in the Military,
Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue and Emergency Medicine.

safety.  Not the Police, your neighbor or ANYONE else.  It is yours to own!

New Expanded Emergency Medicine Skills classes!

In addition to our Combat Medical Tactics Training classes, we now offer
American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Certifications, and Wilderness/Remote First
Aid Training classes. Check our calendar for scheduled classes; or contact us to
present a class for your group or organization!

There is an old saying that “the customer is always right”.  If your only goal
is to take their money, then yes…I suppose that is true.  But Hammer Stryke was
founded as a training organization, where ostensibly, the customer doesn’t know,
and it is our job to educate them.  We are proud to be in our 10th year of doing
so…..

How to sign up for your class:  Go to the calendar and select your class and
date. Open the class by double clicking on the title.  You will see what to
bring, where to be, times, and a short description of the class.  Contact us if
you have any questions or concerns after reviewing the class description.  You
may also want to review the “Class Comments and Reviews” under the “About Us”
tab in the top menu bar. 

You will also see a “PayPal” link to pay for the class. This is how you actually
save your spot in the class.  (The Secure Paypal link is how we track the number
of seats we have in any class).  If you are unable to pay on line thru PayPal or
need to pay via some other method, then contact us to make arrangements.  You do
not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.  After you have booked your
class thru the PayPal link you will be redirected back to this page and we Thank
You for your booking and payment. Your transaction has now been completed, and a
receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your PayPal
account as well to view the transaction details.

Refund policies:  Once a class is booked and a deposit is made, you may cancel
the reservation up to two weeks prior to the event for a full refund.  Refunds
will be made after the event is completed however.  Cancelling within two weeks
of the event will incur a booking fee as we had to turn away others who could
have made the training class, $50 will be withheld for this booking fee. Running
Late / No Show – If you are late for your training no more than an hour we can
still accommodate you,  if its more than an hour or you do not show up, you will
not be refunded. As a company we will have incurred the expenses and will have
sadly turned other attendees away who wanted the spot we reserved for you.
Please call if you are running late! If you just cannot make your class, contact
us prior to your class date,  we can reschedule you to the next class and carry
over your payment.

Vehicle Tactics and Combat

Law Enforcement statistics show that about 57% of violent armed encounters have
a vehicle involved.  With today’s crime at gas stations, convenience stores or
protests on the streets and intersections – Do you know how to fight with your
vehicle?

Vehicle Tactics training involves an understanding of illegal vehicle traffic
control checkpoints, ambushes – both static and rolling, how to fight from
inside your vehicle, from outside while around your vehicle and how to combat an
opponent located inside their vehicle, both stationary and moving.
Bring: firearms, rifle or shotgun,  200 rounds of handgun ammo, 200 rounds of
long gun ammo, lunch, water,
Safety equipment: bring ballistic or safety WRAP AROUND glasses (there will be
flying glass), kevlar gloves or good combat or leather gloves, knee and or elbow
protection (personal choice).

It is your choice as to whether you conceal carry, or if you go with overt
battle rattle (plate carriers, etc) for this class, but remember, you are
probably not going to have your tactical gear with you and will be with your
family and your handgun when the worst happens.
