Previously worked for ENEL SpA, as head of Green Power, and as President & CEO of Enel Romania SrL., the largest energy company in Romania. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Management in Construction and Structural Design from Kingston University (UK), and has attended Executive Courses at Harvard Business School (US) and at Elis Academy (Italy). Close × KONSTANTINOS ALEXANDRIDIS CFO BIO Mr. Alexandridis is an economist with many years of experience in the financial management of listed companies. Previously served as senior executive at OTE Group (member of Deutsche Telekom Group). He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina (Greece), a master’s degree in Decision Modelling and Information Systems from Brunel University (UK ), and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (Greece) Close × IOANNIS KOPANAKIS DEPUTY CEO (CONVENTIONAL GENERATION) BIO Mr. Kopanakis joined PPC in 1985 and has been the Chief Development Officer of PPC S.A. since January 2017. His previous roles include Chief Generation Officer, Director of the Thermal Power Plants Operation Department, and Director of the Planning and Performance Department. Over the course of 16 years he worked as Senior Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Thermal Power Plant Manager. He holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA degree from the Nottingham Trend University. Close × KONSTANTINOS MAVROS CEO, PPC RENEWABLES BIO Mr Mavros has significant and diversified experience in the broader energy sector as well as corporate finance and Technology. He previously worked with Renault VI, Société Générale Bank, Intracom group in Athens, PINS Olympic Consortium for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Positive Energy group, Sense One Technologies in London and Velocity Partners Venture Capital. Ηe is an active member and holds key positions in several international professional and academic associations and has been a visiting lecturer at the Athens University International MBA program. Mr Mavros holds a Masters’ degree in Finance from Imperial College London and has completed high level executive education programs at Harvard Business School. Close × ANASTASIOS MANOS CEO, HEDNO BIO Mr. Manos is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with an MBA from INSEAD. He has over 17 years of experience in various sectors including cement, renewables, maritime, medical devices and consulting. He has previously held regional executive positions at LafargeHolcim, PQH, PPC Renewables, while co-founding start-ups in the medical devices' industry. Close × GEORGE KARAKOUSIS DEPUTY CEO (RETAIL) BIO Mr. Karakousis has held commercial roles in companies such as Forthnet and Wind Hellas, successfully introducing new products and services. In the UK he was responsible for Talk Talk’s product portfolio redesign, while at BT he was at the helm of the biggest service transformation project for over nine million customers. He holds an Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens, a master’s degree (MSc) from Imperial College London and an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School. Close × ALEXANDROS PATERAKIS DEPUTY CEO (DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION) BIO Mr. Paterakis began his career as a Network Engineer and subsequently held a series of senior IT positions at MicroAge, and Arthur Andersen (now Accenture) in the UK as well as in Greece. Served as CIO at Vodafone, Chairman and CIO for the India and Saudi Arabia divisions of Etihad Etisalat Mobily focusing on ICT transformation. Most recently held the position of CIO in AXIATA Celcom, a telecommunication provider in Malaysia. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from the University of La Verne. Close ×
