Skip to content DENNIS A. MENDOZA "Creativity Takes Courage" Henri Matisse Primary Menu * Contact * Gallery * Home HOME Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dennis Mendoza, and I was born in Lima, Peru. I immigrated to the United States as a child and settled in Northern New Jersey. Following high school, I enlisted in the US Army, serving three years on active duty before transitioning to the National Guard for six years. My dedication to service continued with an additional seven years on active duty, followed by three years in the Army Reserve, culminating in another five years of active duty. In 2003, I graduated from a private college with an associate’s degree in graphic design. Although I continued my military career for nearly a decade, my passion for education led me back to school in 2015. I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts and Design at New Jersey City University, achieving this milestone in May 2018. My educational journey didn’t stop there; in 2021, I embarked on a master’s program, earning a Master’s in Art and Technology from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024. Art has been a lifelong passion that I nurture and grow with each piece I create. I am dedicated to evolving as an artist and continually strive to push the boundaries of my creativity. © Copyright 2024 Dennis Mendoza. https://dozskills.com/ Search for:
