THE MICROSOFT REWARDS ULTIMATE GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”)
OFFICIAL RULES ("OFFICIAL RULES")

This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the fifty (50)
United States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom,
France and Germany only. Please do not participate if you are not a legal
resident of, and not located in, the fifty (50) United States, Washington D.C.
or Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France or Germany and at least the
age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at time of participation. VOID
IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, OUTSIDE
OF THE JURISDICTIONS OUTLINED ABOVE AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
    
    Starts October 8, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends December
    31, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).


 2. ELIGIBILITY:
    
    To enter and be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must be a legal
    resident of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico (excluding
    residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and
    possessions, and where prohibited by law), Canada, the United Kingdom,
    France or Germany (each a “Jurisdiction”), have reached at least the age of
    majority in your Jurisdiction, have a valid mobile phone number and email
    address, and be a member of the free of charge Microsoft Rewards Program
    (the “Program”) at the time of each entry into the Sweepstakes and at the
    time you are awarded any prize, if any, through the Sweepstakes. Membership
    in the Program is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement (including the
    “Rewards” section) available at
    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=530144. Persons in any of the
    following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any
    person who, at any time on or after October 8, 2024, was or is a director,
    officer, agent, representative, or employee of Microsoft Corporation
    (“Sponsor”) or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies,
    who is directly involved in the planning or execution of the Sweepstakes;
    (b) any other individuals engaged in the development, production or
    distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes or engaged in the
    administration or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, with the
    entities listed in 2(a), the “Sweepstakes Entities”); (c) persons who are or
    purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or
    step-parent, sibling, child, dependent, domestic partner or spouse of any of
    the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless
    of where they live, or who reside in the same household as any person in any
    of the preceding categories; and (d) persons who Sponsor is prohibited from
    allowing to participate in the Program under applicable law. The Sweepstakes
    is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, county,
    and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void in the U.S. Virgin
    Islands and other U.S. Territories and Possessions, outside of the
    Jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.


 3. HOW TO ENTER (PURCHASE/POINT REDEMPTION): NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (SEE RULE #4
    FOR DETAILS):
    
    From the Sweepstakes landing page at https://aka.ms/1M-Promo, log into
    Microsoft Rewards using your Microsoft Account or create a new Microsoft
    Account free of charge (“Account”).
    
    When you initially request your one (1) “free entry” from the Sweepstakes
    landing page or enter via another available method of entry, you will be
    presented with a registration form: you must provide your true legal first
    and last name, mailing address, working mobile phone number, and email
    address, as well as confirming that you have read and accept these Official
    Rules. For authentication purposes, at registration and otherwise as
    determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, you will receive an SMS
    code to the mobile phone number you provided in the registration form.

    Please ensure that your full legal name is entered in your Microsoft Account
    prior to participating in order to be eligible to win a prize. Failure to do
    so may lead to disqualification.
    
    On the Microsoft Rewards redeem page, Account holders may redeem 2,000
    Microsoft Rewards points during the Sweepstakes Period to receive five (5)
    entries into the applicable random draws (as described in Rule #5 below).
    
    Point Redemption Limit: Account holders may redeem 2,000 Microsoft Rewards
    points one (1) time per person/Account for a maximum of five (5) entries
    throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

    how to enter without redeeming Microsoft Rewards points.
    
    Details on additional opportunities for entry into the Sweepstakes are
    available at https://aka.ms/1M-HVA-Terms, which will be subject to these
    Official Rules (and incorporated herein by reference) including, but not
    limited to, the registration requirements above.
    
    All online entries must be received by December 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM PT.
    
    Limit: maximum of 200 entries per person/Account/email address/mobile phone
    number during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
    
    Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or
    Account. Any attempt by any entrant to use multiple/different email
    addresses, identities, registrations and logins, Accounts, or any other
    methods in an attempt to defraud the entry process or gain additional
    entries will void that entrant's entries and entrant may be disqualified.
    Use of any automated system to participate, as determined by Sponsor in
    Sponsor’s sole discretion, is prohibited and will result in
    disqualification. In the event of disqualification, any prize that entrant
    might have been otherwise entitled to will not be awarded.
    
    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry
    will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the
    email address submitted with the Program registration. Authorized account
    holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address
    by an internet access or online service provider, or other organization
    responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the
    registered email address. Each entrant may be required to show proof of
    being an authorized account holder. If you do not have internet access via a
    personal computer, your local library or internet café may be able to
    provide access to the internet and a number of internet service providers
    and other companies offer free email accounts.


 4. HOW TO ENTER: FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY:
    
    To enter without purchase and without redeeming any Rewards points or
    completing an additional entry opportunity, visit www.microsoft.com/rewards
    and follow the links and instructions to create an Account (if you do not
    already have an Account). Then, on a card or piece of paper, hand-print your
    full name, complete address, phone number (with area code), date of birth,
    the email address associated with your Account, and a statement “I agree to
    the Sweepstakes Official Rules”, and mail it to: “The Microsoft Rewards
    Ultimate Giveaway Sweepstakes, Free To Enter” at the address below
    corresponding to your Jurisdiction:

    If you enter the Sweepstakes using this alternative method of entry, you
    will receive five (5) entries into the applicable Sweepstakes. Requests must
    be postmarked by December 31, 2024 and received no later than January 8,
    2025 to be considered.
    
    Multiple entry requests may be made by mail, subject to the entry
    limitations stated above in Rule #3, but only one (1) request per outer
    postmarked envelope allowed. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any
    fashion other than as specified herein, as determined by Sponsor in
    Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void.
    
    Entries submitted by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means,
    entries by any means which subvert the entry process, and entries that are
    illegible or made in any fashion other than as specified herein, as
    determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void. All entries
    become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.


 5. RANDOM DRAWS:
    
    * Grand Prize Draw: At 12:00 PM PT on January 21, 2025, an independent
      judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly draw one (1)
      entry for the Grand Prize (as described in Rule #6(a), below) from among
      all eligible entries received for all of the participating Jurisdictions
      (“Potential Grand Prize Winner” and, if verified, “Grand Prize Winner”).
      The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible
      entries received from all Jurisdictions. Potential Grand Prize Winner will
      be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these
      Official Rules. 
    
    * Secondary Prize Draw: At 12:00 PM PT on January 21, 2025, the Sweepstakes
      Judges will randomly draw two (2) entries per Jurisdiction for the
      Secondary Prizes available in the Sweepstakes (See Rule #6(b) for prize
      details) (each a “Potential Secondary Prize Winner” and, if verified,
      “Secondary Prize Winner”) from among all eligible entries received for
      each Jurisdiction for the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Secondary
      Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each
      applicable Jurisdiction. Each Potential Secondary Prize Winner will be
      subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official
      Rules.
      
      Grand Prize Winners and Secondary Prize Winners are collectively “Prize
      Winners”.  Potential Grand Prize Winner and Potential Secondary Prize
      Winners are collectively “Potential Prize Winners”. 


 6. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
    
    The following Prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes:
    
    * Grand Prize: one (1) prize of $1,000,000.00 USD (One Million Dollars) in
      cash, awarded via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the Grand
      Prize Winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers.
      Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $1,000,000.00 USD (equivalent
      to approximately* $1,359,650.00 CAD / £762,295.00 GBP / €902,770.00 EUR).

      Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won in all
      Jurisdictions : USD $ 1,100,000.00 (equivalent to approximately*
      $1,386,843.00 CAD / £777,540.90 GBP / €920,825.40 EUR).
      
      For clarity, the prizes will be awarded in US dollars, regardless of the
      Jurisdiction of residence of the Prize Winners.
      
      *All currency conversions are based on exchange rates as of September 13,
      2024. Actual ARVs may vary based on exchange rates at the time a prize is
      fulfilled. A Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the
      ARV and the actual value of a prize at the time the prize is awarded.
      
      **Prepaid cards are subject to the terms, restrictions, and conditions as
      set by the issuer, and may be subject to expiry dates as disclosed at the
      time of prize notification.
      
      Note: the exact value of prepaid cards awarded will be subject to currency
      fluctuations. 
      Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will
      not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as
      awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who
      reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of
      comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
      
      All federal, state, provincial/territorial, county and local taxes
      (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other
      costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified
      herein as being provided are each Prize Winner’s responsibility,
      regardless of whether a prize is used in whole or in part. All prize
      details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize Winners will be
      required to complete and return prize claim and/or tax forms such as an
      IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN (“Forms”) within the deadline stated in the winner
      notification. Prize Winners are advised to seek independent tax counsel
      regarding the implications of accepting a prize.


 7. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:
    
    Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail at the
    address, email, or telephone number provided with the entry, with
    instructions on how to claim their prize. Potential Winners who are eligible
    residents of Canada, France, Germany, or the United Kingdom will be required
    to execute and return a W8-BEN form in addition to a Declaration of
    Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a publicity release
    (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects
    of these Official Rules) prior to being awarded a prize. Potential Winners
    who are eligible residents of the United States,the District of Columbia or
    Puerto Rico will be required to execute and return a W9 form in addition to
    an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a
    publicity release. Potential Winners who are eligible residents of Canada
    must also first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing
    question to be administered online, or through another means selected by the
    Sponsor. Documents must be executed and returned within seven (7) business
    days from the time they are received by the Potential Winner, or the
    applicable prize may be forfeited. If a Potential Winner is determined by
    Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be ineligible or not in compliance
    with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable
    to contact a Potential Winner within three (3) business days, or in the
    event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the
    prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential Winners
    may be required to furnish proof of identification acceptable to the
    Sponsor.
    
    Secondary Prizes: Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for verification and
    delivery of your prize.
    
    Grand Prize: Prize will be awarded in a one lump sum wire transfer payment,
    to a qualified bank account in the Grand Prize Winner’s name that permits
    and accepts international wire transfers. The qualified bank account must be
    made available to Sponsor within 45 days of prize acceptance. The Grand
    Prize Winner may not be able to make a withdrawal of any kind for up to ten
    (10) business days following completion of wire transfer, and may be longer
    subject to the Grand Prize Winner’s qualified bank account policy. Qualified
    bank account maintenance, currency conversion and withdrawals fee(s) may
    apply. Currency conversions and withdrawals may be taxed and an additional
    penalty may apply. The Grand Prize Winner should check with a tax advisor
    for additional information. If the Grand Prize Winner does not already have
    a qualified bank account in the Grand Prize Winner’s name that permits and
    accepts international wire transfers at time of prize acceptance, the Grand
    Prize Winner will be required to open an eligible account and share the
    applicable account information with Sponsor within 45 days from date of
    prize acceptance. Failure to open (or make available) the eligible account
    within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and
    Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand
    Prize Winner is responsible for providing formal documentation and
    instructions to Sponsor for the purpose of awarding the Grand Prize, in a
    form satisfactory to Sponsor, including valid, accurate and correct bank
    account details and the Sponsor/Administrator will not be liable for any
    prize payment made into the wrong bank account or if incorrect banking
    information is provided.
    
    All prizes: The Sponsor may conduct publicity surrounding the Sweepstakes
    and potential winners. Therefore, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a
    confidential background/criminal check to confirm a potential winner’s
    eligibility and compliance with these rules and to review potential winner’s
    social media accounts or other public facing communications or actions. By
    entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check.
    If a background check reveals that a potential winner has engaged in any
    conduct that could damage or negatively affect the reputation or business of
    Microsoft or the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by Microsoft in its
    sole discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified, and the prize may
    be awarded to an alternate entrant, following the process set out in the
    preceding rules. Any information obtained pursuant to this background check
    will be collected, used and/or disclosed in accordance with the Microsoft
    Privacy Statement. By entering into the Sweepstakes, you hereby consent to
    the collection of your data for the background checks as described above in
    accordance with our Privacy Statement. You agree to provide any further
    specific consent that Sponsor may reasonably request in this regard.  The
    Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in
    awarding a prize for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only
    be delivered to verified Winners. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
    The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any change of mailing
    address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants.
    
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a prize, each Prize
    Winner agrees to the grant the Sponsor the right to use his/her name,
    address (city and state/province/territory/county of residence), voice, and
    statements relating to the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, and photographs or other
    likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any
    publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in
    any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the
    internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by
    law.


CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

 8.  CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, entrants (i) acknowledge and represent
     that they are in full compliance with these Official Rules including all
     eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by these Official
     Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Judges, made in
     their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
     Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to
     disqualification and all associated entries will be void.

 9.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant's registration in the
     Sweepstakes (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize if,
     in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the
     entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the
     Sweepstakes by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other
     fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries or
     points generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other
     automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process).

 10. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:
     
     For Residents of the United States and Puerto Rico: All issues and
     questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
     enforceability of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and
     obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
     shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the
     State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to Washington or any other
     conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction
     and venue of the federal, state, and local courts for Redmond, Washington.
     
     For Residents of Canada other than residents of Quebec: All issues and
     questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
     enforceability of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and
     obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
     shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
     Ontario, Canada, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles.
     All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal,
     provincial, and local courts of Ontario, Canada.
     
     For Residents of Canada who are residents of Quebec: All issues and
     questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
     enforceability of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and
     obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
     shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Quebec,
     Canada, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All
     participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal,
     provincial, and local courts of Quebec, Canada.
     
     For Residents of the United Kingdom/France/Germany: All issues and
     questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
     enforceability of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and
     obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
     shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
     England, France, or Germany (as applicable) without regard to any other
     conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction
     and venue of the courts of England, France, or Germany (as applicable). If
     the participant lives in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, they can also
     bring claims in the courts of the country they live in under applicable
     local law.

 11. PERSONAL DATA: Microsoft agrees to ensure that all personal data collected
     during the course of the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, name,
     mailing address, phone number, and email address will only be used for the
     purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and the collection of such data
     complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all
     state, provincial/territorial and federal laws, corporate standards,
     policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation
     (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines,
     rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations such as the
     Digital Advertising Alliance, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the
     Direct Marketing Association, and other self-regulatory organizations to
     which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and
     any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and
     information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of
     media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Where required by Applicable
     Laws, Microsoft will deploy appropriate notices and functionality to obtain
     authorizations and consents as required.
     
     Personal data collected may be used by Sponsor to verify a participant’s
     identity, postal address and telephone number in the event they are deemed
     a Potential Winner. Your information may also be transferred to countries
     outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States.
     Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide
     the same level of protection to those that exist in your jurisdiction. By
     providing any data in connection with the Sweepstakes, participants hereby
     expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or
     other countries. Subject to Applicable Law, participants have the right to
     review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by accessing
     their Account and editing their personal data at account.microsoft.com.

 12. Entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of their
     Jurisdiction: TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM ANY
     CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT
     LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES), INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
     (COLLECTIVELY, “CLAIMS”), RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES
     OR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF
     THE PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS
     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT
     APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION)
     COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA,
     INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS BROUGHT BY THIRD
     PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT
     SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR
     LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS
     OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
     MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR

     REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SPONSOR SITE OR ANY PROMOTIONAL WEBSITE
     AND SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY
     INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR
     STATUTORY RIGHTS, AND NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL EXCLUDE OR
     LIMIT IN ANY WAY ANY ENTITY'S LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED
     BY ITS NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FOR ANY OTHER WHERE LIABILITY MAY NOT AS A
     MATTER OF LAW BE LIMITED. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these
     Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other
     provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who
     violates these Official Rules, any other rules, guidance or instructions
     set out by the Sponsor in promotional material relating to the Sweepstakes
     or interferes with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is
     disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s
     eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual
     to access any website associated with the Sweepstakes via a bot script or
     other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in
     that individual’s IP address and all entries from that IP address becoming
     ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
     Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent permissible
     by applicable law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the
     Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims based on publicity
     rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark
     infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action
     that relate in any way to the entry.
     
     Applies to entrants residing in Germany only: Notwithstanding anything
     elsewhere in these Official Rules, the following regulations apply to
     German entrants:
     
     * Sponsor and Released Parties shall be fully liable for intent and gross
       negligence as well as for damages caused by injury to life, body or
       health.
     * In an event of property and financial losses caused by slight negligent,
       Sponsor and Released Parties shall be liable only for breaches of a
       material contractual obligation (cardinal duty). A “cardinal duty” in the
       meaning of this provision is an obligation that need to be fulfilled to
       permit proper execution of these Official Rules and that may regularly be
       relied upon by the entrant.
     * Liability in accordance with the above Clause (ii) shall be limited to
       the typical, foreseeable damages.
     * The limitation of liability shall apply mutatis mutandis to the benefit
       of the employees, agents and vicarious agents of Sponsor and Released
       Parties.
     * Any potential liability on the part of Sponsor or Released Parties for
       any guarantees and for claims based on the German Product Liability Act
       shall not be affected.

 13. To the extent permissible by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right in
     its sole discretion to cancel, modify and/or suspend this Sweepstakes at
     any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or
     hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors
     or other causes (such as force majeure events) impairs the administration,
     security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of
     cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to
     randomly select the Prize Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect
     entries received up to time of such cancellation. In no event will the
     Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these
     Official Rules.

 14. The Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will
     be uninterrupted. To the extent permissible by applicable law, the
     Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise,
     including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or
     unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers,
     websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems
     arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or (b)
     communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected, or
     computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software
     malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal
     computers or mobile devices and/or software and hardware configurations,
     any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors,
     clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the
     administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of points or entries, or
     the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification
     documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in
     connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical,
     electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate
     capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in
     connection with the Sweepstakes; or (f) damage to a user's system
     occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any
     information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes
     Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen,
     incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email, or
     entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute
     proof of delivery.


DISCLOSURES:

 15. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any
     website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes,
     including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of
     criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves
     the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any
     such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal
     prosecution. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be
     disqualified (and all associated entries will be void) and will forfeit any
     prize won. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules
     shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 16. To the extent required by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything
     elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for
     death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any
     way, and nor shall their ability for fraud or for any other matter where
     liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. Where these
     Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Sweepstakes Entity
     (to the extent permissible by applicable law) that could otherwise be
     capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and
     obligation hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the
     requirement of good faith, shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.

 17. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in
     these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes
     Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and
     print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the
     details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall
     prevail.

 18. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules
     shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In
     the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise
     unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in
     effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the
     invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular,
     Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any
     provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.
