Born in the agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico the branches of our 12-year-old
plants grown in soil rich with volcanic rocks, are cut off, split in half then
baked in stone furnaces for 4 days before heading into our mills for extraction
of our premium juice. From there our fermentation process begins placing our
juice in white oak casts for anywhere from two months to over three years
resulting in some of the smoothest tasting and finest grades of Tequila ever to

Mr. Fenty is a successful entrepreneur and rapper, and is also the younger

ROADMAP AND KEY MILESTONES

 * The company was founded by Pete Scalise and Kito Mussa in March 2019. At the
   same time, Pete began to assemble a world class team of Advisors, and the
   foundation was set.
 * R&D began in early 2020 on the initial 3rd BevCo brands. A year later, in
   January 2021, the formulation for LAID and Bougie was completed. The
   formulation for Psilli was completed in October 2021.
 * We signed a distribution deal with Cool River Beverage, LLC in May 2021 to
   bring all of our in-house brands to market. Cool River has a network of
   35,000 retail locations throughout the Eastern United States.
 * In the summer of 2021, we brought LAID to a few select stores in New York
   City and Long Island to test the brand and concept. 300,000 cans of LAID were
   sold in a few short months.
 * In August of 2022, we signed the LOI with Rorrey Fenton and launched our
   Celebrity Spirits division.





MARKETING STRATEGY

The influence and reach of Celebrities is quite remarkable. Many of the top
celebrities in the world have tens of millions of followers on Social Media.
Rihanna, for example, has 135 million followers on Instagram… and nearly as many
on Twitter, Facebook and TikTok. This is a huge marketing advantage.

We intend to execute our plan in a coordinated 360-degree approach that
surrounds and excites both consumers and the trade. Our flagship brands will be

Bougie does not disappoint! Cool and refreshing on the palate, the sparkle is
just right. Bright and clear in the glass, it is inviting. I only wish for the
slight chemical aftertaste of Zero Sugar beverages to be less obvious, but
Bougie has hit it out of the park for minimizing the aftertaste. Here Here!Show
