Keysight Technologies Introduces Electronic Design Automation Software Suite

Keysight Technologies has launched a new Electronic Design Automation
(electronics design automation (EDA)) software portfolio that aims to enhance
the productivity of engineers by integrating AI and machine learning
technologies. The new suite significantly decreases the modeling time for Radio
Frequency (RF) devices from days to hours, facilitating more efficient design
processes for next-generation technologies, including 5G/6G and data center
applications.

The EDA 2025 software provides engineers with automated Python workflows that
streamline design processes. This enhances the predictive design of chiplet
interconnects, supporting faster innovation in complex electronic designs.

emphasized the importance of having interoperable workflows for the successful
application of AI and machine learning in design.

Stephen Slater, Director of Product Management at Keysight, added, “With this
release, engineers can easily import data from measurements or swept simulations
to train neural network models, which then execute very quickly in subsequent
simulations. This unlocks new possibilities for abstracting and co-optimizing
large parts of the RF design together, dramatically accelerating the development
process.”

Keysight’s EDA 2025 will be showcased in a virtual launch event scheduled for
Dec. 3, 2024. Interested participants can register for the event to learn more
about the new software.
