Reports Become an Advocate OPEN COMMUNICATION. IMPROVED SOLUTIONS. GovExcel is a funded think tank established to help government agencies and contractors improve solutions by providing open communication and insightful research on successful programs and constructive lessons learned across industry. As the largest buyer in the world, the US government funds hundreds of thousands of contracts every year, with responsibility to oversee programs spanning across Information Technology maintenance and modernization, warfighter training, equipment, and support, space exploration, healthcare, and more. We have found that within government offices there can often be a siloed culture of operating, with agencies unintentionally operating as independent units to achieve unique missions. We believe there is ample opportunity to achieve greater results and efficiencies through intragovernmental collaboration by transferring lessons learned across agencies and contractors towards effective planning and execution of upcoming programs. We assist in promoting this cooperation by researching, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned to government and industry leaders throughout all organizations, allowing decision-makers to apply effective program strategies towards their own initiatives. NEUTRAL PERSPECTIVE GovExcel is a funded think tank not a Federal contractor, and so we do not pursue Federal contracts and have never received funding from the government. When speaking with program and procurement personnel to understand their challenges, we are not seeking information to win government contracts for ourselves, but rather with the sole goal of helping government and industry excel. Thus, we maintain a neutral, third-party perspective as part of our research. COLLECTIVE FEEDBACK We engage with thousands of government executives weekly, across every government agency, to conduct our research. The valuable feedback we receive from each individual we speak with contributes to an overarching understanding of best practices findings for both government and private industry customers. Our research is not limited to merely one agency or type of organization, so it provides the greatest guidance applicable for all. INTENTIONAL SHARING Our research reports can be conveniently requested via this website by government. We do not distribute our best practices insights to the general public, as we believe only those individuals who are relevant stakeholders within public sector industry should review our findings. Beneficiaries of our research findings include both government contractors who pay for insights from AlphaBrook, Inc., as well as government executives via the free reports we provide from this website.
