Our recruitment process is designed with you front of mind. We not only get to
know you, your skills, experience, and motivation, but you can also get to know
us. We believe that the right hire is someone who can add to our culture, rather

Stage 1: Meet the Talent Team




You’ll learn more about the role, life at MYOB and the team you’ll be joining. 
We’ll get to know you, your motivations for joining and assess your skills for
the opportunity.

Stage 2: Values & Experience




Meet with the Hiring Manager in a video interview to discuss your skills
and experience so that we can learn more about you. We’ll also discuss why
you’re interested in joining us and how you can add to our culture.

Stage 3: Testing your skills




For some roles, there may be an assessment to explore your technical capability
and potential. This could be a take-home case study or in-interview code pairing
activity. It’s just as much an opportunity for you to learn how we work and to
meet more of your team.

Stage 4: Final Interview




This is an opportunity for all to revisit what we’ve learnt about each other
during the process.  You could be meeting with your hiring manager, a peer, a
key stakeholder, or a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
