Important changes to your BT Service View in browser Hello Marco, We wanted to remind you that from 31 March 2024, the price of your services will increase by £5.57 a month. This is in-line with your terms and conditions, which are linked to inflation. We’ve put the details of all the changes in a table below for you. We know that your home relies on a brilliant connection to keep everyone and everything connected. That’s why we’re constantly evolving to offer you the best possible products, services and value. We want to make sure you’re aware of all the options available to you. To review your current package and discuss other options, please click here. The following standard prices are changing on 31 March 2024: BT Landline and BT Mobile calls and services (including most rental and call prices and the cost of calling or texts to EU countries) will increase on or after 31 March each year from March 2024 by CPI +3.9%. For details of all prices that are increasing, click here and head to pages 2 and 3. Breakdown of price increase by product: Out of contract Monthly Increase Home Connection Broadband Package £5.57 Total change to your bill £5.57 This is a 7.9% increase, which is in line with the 4% CPI rate of inflation published in January, plus 3.9% Why your bill after 31 March will look different Our new prices take effect on 31 March, so on your next bill after this date, you’ll see a refund for any charges between 31 March and your next bill date. You’ll also see that we’ve re-charged you at the new rate for those same days. This is because we charge you for the month ahead instead of the one just gone. For more information please click here. If you have any questions or want to know more, click here to go to our help and information pages. You can also find support if you’re struggling to pay your bills. This information is based on the services you had on 30 January 2024. If you’ve changed anything since then click here. If you've got other services that aren’t showing here, don’t worry, it means those prices aren’t changing. What happens next? You don’t have to do anything. All out-of-contract services are outside of minimum terms, so you can cancel them whenever you want without paying early termination charges. We’d hate to say goodbye. If you decide to cancel you’ll still be charged during your notice period, but you won’t be charged for any price increase during this time.
