Placed an order which was supposed to come last Thursday but got an email to say
delivery had been delayed due to a problem with the order and it couldn't be
fulfilled until the following Tuesday. After a quick email, the delivery charge
was refunded which I was happy with and the delivery came early Tuesday morning.
