 * protecting your personal data,
 * being transparent about our collection and use of your personal data, and
 * respecting your privacy.

Personal data is any information that identifies an individual or can be used to
help identify an individual; for example, a name, email address, IP address or

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?

We only ever collect the personal data that we need from you and keep the
personal data we hold on an ongoing basis to a minimum.

We collect and process your personal data when you use our site and services.
This may be personal data you provide to us, that we collect about you and/or
information we receive from other sources.

Information you give us

The personal data you give us may include your:

 * name,
 * address,
 * email address,
 * phone number,
 * job description,
 * location,

 * personal description, and
 * photograph.

   scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the
   page and any phone number used to call our customer service number, and
 * information from clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which we may employ
   on our site and in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track the online
   usage patterns of our users anonymously and to track which emails are opened
   by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting,
   improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make Tripism better for our
   users. No personal data from your Tripism account is collected using these
   clear gifs.

If you sign in to the services we provide through third party single-sign-on
providers, you authorise those providers to provide Tripism with basic
information such as your profile overview, name and email. You may also give
Tripism access to other information about you and your contacts from these
providers where available. Tripism will comply with the third parties' policies
regarding data and respect your wishes regarding the same. For more information
regarding the third parties' policies please refer to their respective privacy
polices.

Information we receive from other sources

We use approved third parties to provide services to us (including, for example,
business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services,
advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit
reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS OUR LEGAL BASIS FOR DOING SO?

We collect your personal data either to:

 * provide you with a service in response to your request,
 * provide you with a more personalised service when you visit our site, or
 * improve our services to you.

The legal basis that we rely on to enable us to collect and use your personal
data for the purposes stated is either:

 * the performance of a contract between us (contract),
 * compliance with a legal obligation (legal obligation),
 * our legitimate organisational interests where there is no overriding
   prejudice to you (legitimate interests), or
 * you have given your consent (consent).

In the section below "How do we use your Personal Data?" we provide more detail
on the legal basis relied on in each case.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We use information that we hold about you in the following ways:

 * to provide you with information about our services that you request from us
   (contract),
 * to provide you with services that you have requested and to invoice you
   (contract),
 * to provide you with information about other services we offer that are
   similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about
   (legitimate interests on the basis that this would not be unexpected contact
   from us as you have purchased a service already from us or made an enquiry),
 * to notify you about changes to our service (legitimate interests on the basis
   that this would be useful information for you to receive as a current or
   former customer),
 * to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective
   manner for you and for your computer (legitimate interests in that we have a
   business interest in presenting our content in the most effective manner),
 * to administer our site and for internal operations, including
   troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey
   purposes (legitimate interests in that we need to carry out regular
   maintenance and testing on our site),
 * as part of our efforts to keep our site safe and secure (legitimate interests
   for us to maximise safety and security for both parties),
 * to enable us to use cookies as detailed in our Cookies Policy (consent), and
 * to provide you with news and updates in response to your request (consent).

(For details of how to withdraw your consent at any time please see the section
"Your Rights" below.)

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

We may share your information with selected third parties including:

 * business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any
   contract we enter into with them or you, and
 * analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and
   optimisation of our site.

Our selected third parties are required by us to treat your personal data as
carefully as we would and may only act on our instructions with regard to their
use of your personal data.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the event that:

 * we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will be obliged to
   disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such
   business or assets,
 * if Tripism Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third
   party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one
   of the transferred assets, or
 * we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to
   comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms
   of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, our safety,
   our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other
   companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit
   risk reduction.

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area
("EEA"), however it may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside
the EEA. Such destinations may include countries where the level of protection
provided for your personal data is not considered adequate by the European Union
authorities. However, in such situations, we ensure that we put in place
adequate safeguards to protect your personal data. Your personal data may also
be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of
our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment
of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of
support services.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you
to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this
password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not
completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data,
we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any
transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we
will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to
fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of
satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We
may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or
if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our
relationship with you.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the
amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm
from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for
which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes
through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or
other requirements.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights in connection with your personal data:

 * where we are processing your personal data on the basis of consent then you
   have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by email
   via admin@tripism.io, and
 * the right to obtain a copy of your personal data which we hold about you.

 * have your personal data erased,
 * restrict processing of your personal data,

via admin@tripism.io with "PRIVACY" in the subject of the email.

If you have an issue or complaint arising under this policy then, in the first
instance, please contact our Privacy Officer by email via admin@tripism.io with
"PRIVACY" in the subject of the email.

partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of
these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies
and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.

Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these
websites.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Notification of any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will
be posted on this page and on our website.

English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will
have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern

limitation, the Website Content and User Content (collectively, the "Services").
Please read the Terms carefully before using the Services. Using the Services
indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms. Do not use the
Services if you do not accept the Terms. Tripism may change or modify the

You represent that you are at least 16 years old, and that all information you
submit is correct.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES (SECTION 10), DISCLAIMERS OF
LIABILITY AND AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (SECTION 11), AS WELL AS INFORMATION ABOUT
CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON YOUR ABILITY TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST US (SECTION 16).

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use, or attempt to access or use, the Services to take any

the operation of the Services, or use the Services in a manner that violates any
laws. For example, and without limitation, you may not:

 * Impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your
   credentials, affiliation with any person, or the origin of any information
   you provide;
 * Engage in unauthorized spidering, scraping, or harvesting of content or
   information, or use any other unauthorized automated means to compile
   information;
 * Obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems,
   materials, information or any services available on or through the Services;

   Services or attempt to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach the
   security of any system, device or network;
 * Circumvent, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or
   otherwise alter or interfere with (or attempt, encourage, or support anyone
   else's attempt to engage in such activities) any of the software comprising
   or in any way making up a part of the Services (except to the extent that
   such restriction on reverse engineering is prohibited by law and then you
   shall provide Tripism with prompt written notice prior to any such action).
   The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g.,
   password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is
   strictly prohibited;

   on our network or infrastructure;

 * You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed
   denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a
   criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such
   breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate
   with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of
   such a breach, your right to use our Services will cease immediately; or
 * Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using
   or enjoying the Services, or that, in our sole judgment, exposes us or any of
   our affiliates, users or any other third party to any liability, damages, or
   detriment of any type.

Violations of system or network security and certain other conduct may result in
civil or criminal liability. We may investigate and work with law enforcement

If applicable law does not allow the exclusion of some or all of the above
implied or statutory warranties to apply to you, the above exclusions will apply
to you to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be
unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused
by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors
and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to this Section 11, under no circumstances, including without limitation
negligence, will Tripism, its affiliates, or any party involved in creating,
producing, or delivering the services be liable for damages or losses, whether
in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or
otherwise, even if foreseeable, including without limitation direct, incidental,
consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, loss of data, business
interruption, loss of anticipated savings and direct or indirect lost profits
arising out of the terms or your access, use, misuse, or inability to use the
services, including without limitation any application content or user content,
or any sites linked from the services, however caused, whether in contract,
tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Tripism has been
advised of the possibility of such damages, or in connection with any failure of
performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure. Because some
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, Tripism's liability in such jurisdictions shall be
limited to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to this Section 11, the maximum aggregate liability of Tripism arising
out of or in any way connected to these Terms whether in contract, tort
(including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed £50. The existence of one
or more claims under these Terms will not increase Tripism's liability.

12. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNITY

You confirm that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any User
Content submitted by you; that all User Content submitted by you is accurate;
and that exploitation of such User Content by Tripism and its other Users,
partners, and licensees will not violate these Terms, cause injury to any person
or entity, or infringe any third-party rights.

You will indemnify Tripism and its managers, shareholders, officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), against
any loss, damage or cost incurred by us arising out of your use of the Tripism
Site, including, without limitation, the Services, the Tripism Content or any
other information accessible over or through the Tripism Site, including
information obtained from linked sites, any User Content submitted by you or
your violation of these Terms, our privacy policy or any other laws, regulations
and rules. You will also indemnify the Indemnitees against any claims that
information or material which you have submitted to us is in violation of any
law or in breach of any third party rights (including, but not limited to,
claims in respect of defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of confidence,
infringement of copyright or infringement of any other intellectual property
right). We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims
arising from the above and any such indemnification matters and that you will
fully cooperate with us in any such defences.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Tripism and you with respect
to the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications and
proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and us. In the event
any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will not affect the
validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions and will be replaced by
an enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the
unenforceable provision.

14. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provisions of the Terms or respond to a breach by you
or other parties shall not in any way waive our right to enforce subsequently
any terms or conditions of the Terms or to act with respect to similar breaches.

15. ASSIGNMENT AND BINDING EFFECTS

You must not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without the
prior written consent of Tripism and any attempted assignment in contravention
of this provision is null and void and of no force or effect. Tripism has the
right to assign these Terms, and any of its rights or obligations herein. These
Terms are binding upon each party and its respective successors, heirs,
trustees, administrators, executors and permitted assigns.

16. CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms are made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any
claim or controversy (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) arising
out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the English
courts.

17. SEPARATE TERMS AND GENERAL

In connection with your use of the Services, you may be asked to consent to
policies or terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Please read these
supplemental policies and terms carefully before making any use of such portions
of the Services. Any supplemental terms will not vary or replace these Terms
regarding any use of the Services, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Your relationship to Tripism is that of an independent contractor, and neither
party is an agent or partner of the other.

No one other than a party to these Terms or their successors and permitted
assignees shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.
