Whole Foods is a 10 minue walk, and two BART stations are within a mile each. U.C. Berkeley is an easy mile walk. Every possible amenity for a visiting nurse, scholar, or professor who wants a secure, private, quiet home for one to six months. The Cottage sits behind the owner's large elegant 1909 home. She is willing to share the entire garden and firepit when available. HOW TO RENT ∎ This Cottage is available on the following sites: FurnishedFinder, Cal Rentals and Sabbatical Homes. Please search there for availability. Rentals have a minimum one month stay, with a maximum of 6 months, unless being rented for a semester. Open to negotiation.
