PLEASANT FAMILY STAY AND PLATINUM MEMBER
It was family for 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff from front desk, to
housekeeping, bell boy and restaurant went above and beyond to make our
vacation pleasant at Chicago. Concierge lounge was closed our weekend stay
so was offered breakfast for 4 at River cafe Restaurant. This was really
nice. I was upgraded to riverview room being platinum member. Very near to
all areas in Chicago would definitely stay at this property again when in
Chicago.

BEAUTIFUL AND EXPENSIVE
My room was clean and comfortable, and the view was great. The price to
stay there was steep, and the breakfast cost ridiculous (although the food
was great).

EXCELLENT CONVENTION HOST
Our Delegation stayed at the Sheraton Grand Riverwalk for the Democratic
National Convention. From our first meeting to our final goodbyes, the
staff was professional, helpful, responsive, and calm. We needed a flower
arrangement on a Sunday, and the Director of Event Planning had a contact
for me in about 90 seconds, and I had my flower arrangement a few hours
later. It seemed like there was NOTHING the staff could not do.

FIRST CLASS HOTEL
Love this hotel. Beautiful views from room and first class in every way.
Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Great location and access to other
Chicago shopping and sights. Lobby and all areas of the hotel are top
notch. Parking was expensive but convenient.

DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION DELEGATES
The hotel staff was very nice, the room was comfortable and the location
was great. I stayed 5 nights and each night when we arrived back from the
Democratic Convention we were hungry and wanted to mingle with our
colleagues over drinks. However, the hotel did not have enough bartenders,
dining rooms closed early and only 1 night were able to get a drink and
ready to serve snacks. This would have been a good time to wind down with a
cocktail and food but instead we ended up going to our rooms.

NO SURPRISES
This property neither impresses nor disappoints; it's a standard, large and
uninspiring business hotel that can be justified to any government or
business sector accounting department. The one exception was the level of
service by all employees, which was exceptional. Everyone was professional

Picky New Yorker Very Impressed - The Sheraton Riverwalk hosted our
Delegation from New York and the entire week was smooth and elevated by our
experience here. Clean, safe, excellent circulation, and we appreciated the
