   received another response from them again even after reaching out a few
   times. Went to talk to Steven at wisecracks for the first time he sounded
   very knowledgeable and very eager to come and and do the work for us.he was
   working on a project out of town he gave me a date and when the day came
   Stephen showed up he did excellent work. now he had given me a rough quote
   over the phone through pictures that I had sent and even after doing the work
   he made recommendations for future work if needed, as well as I had to reduce
   price from my original quote. This to me shows that not only does he care

   worrying about ... Having water leakage issues in your basement can be
   miserable, constantly worrying about incident until it's resolved. Thankfully
   Wise Cracks was able to diagnose the cause of the issue, providing several
   options to resolve it, explaining the pro's and con's of each. At the end of
   the day, the issue was resolved with less disruption than expected, at a
   price I would say was more than fair, with the sense going away that the
