I found the sheer amount of hype and daily load of emails overwhelming and hard
to understand. The headline might say, "Four Stocks To Buy Today." But
you'd have to click here and open and sign up for another thing... I felt
like they were always trying to sell me on how great they were and to buy up the
next level of information. Perhaps for the big investor, this information is
good. For someone looking for invest a smaller amount - too confusing. Honestly,
I could never find the section that laid out in a clear format about what to buy
and why.

Avoid Started using Shippit in November 2019 after Temando ceased trading.
Things went ok until Friday 24 Jan when I contacted support regarding
integrating or adding Toll as one of my shipping options. After speaking with
the support Team Member on the next working day the Shippit App/Website stopped
functioning correctly. To create a shipment, you click NEW ORDERS > enter
details > CONFIRM > click READY TO SHIP > Manifest/Pay/Finish. From this moment
onwards my orders started not progressing from CONFIRM to READY TO SHIP. I have
spent countless hours emailing support to resolve this. They have told me every
single piece of nonsense you could think of from "enter you addresses
differently", "this is a known error, it will be fixed into the future..." to
that's normal "you will have to email us/lodge a ticket EVERY TIME you do a
shipment. This applies to a lot of our customers" etc... Given their support
team operate in a different time zone to me, this is not practical. And for
$19/month you would expect a working app/website. Looking at their code, they
have done something on their end that they will not admit to nor fix for some
unknown reason. This is not the sort of business you want to work with. Their
support is terrible and they will tell you lies. Avoid use the TNT or Couriers
Please websites, it will cost you most upfront but save in your own personal
time.

How can I log into Smart Reviews?
Go to SMART.reviews and click Login in the top right corner. From there either
log in with your email and password or use your Facebook or Google account to
access the platform.
What should I do if I can't log in?
Check that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you have
forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? and enter your email
address for the account. We will quickly send you an email with instructions on
how to reset your password.
How can I change my profile picture?
1. On the Smart Reviews homepage, click Profile in the upper right-hand corner
of the screen. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. In the Personal Settings section select Upload profile avatar or Remove
profile avatar for now
If you logged in with your Facebook or Google account you need to follow the
same guidelines for changing your profile picture.
What details can I change online?
You can change your Personal Settings, which include your Profile picture,
gender, location and profile text. You can additionally change your email
settings, your password and manage your reviews.
How can I unsubscribe from emails?
If you don’t want to receive emails from us or email invitations to review
businesses on SMART.reviews, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of
the email you have received.
You can also unsubscribe from emails by going to your Account Settings in the
upper right-hand corner of the screen and clicking Email Settings. There you can
edit and and save your Email Details by checking the blue boxes and clicking
Save.
How can I delete my account from Smart Reviews?
1. On the Smart Reviews homepage, click Profile in the upper right-hand corner
of the screen. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. Click Account Settings and below click Delete profile.
By doing this you will delete your account from SMART.reviews. If you wish to
also delete all your reviews, then you should delete them all before you delete
your profile. Otherwise, the reviews will remain on our platform as anonymous.
How can I write a review?
* On the company profile page, select the number of stars that you want to give
the company.
* In the Write a review box, write your review. In the Title of your review
field, enter a title.
* Our platform will also ask you to rate the business you are reviewing based
on certain Tags, that artificial intelligence has picked out as key elements
for this business based on what people mention the most. This is not
mandatory, but will greatly improve the accuracy and value of our service.
* Select Submit and post your review.
How can I edit or delete a review?
1. On the company profile page where you left the review click the edit or
delete buttons below the review on the right-hand side.
2. On the SMART.reviews homepage, click Profile in the upper right-hand corner
of the screen. Select My Reviews from the drop-down menu. From there all
your reviews will appear and you can delete or edit them by clicking the
buttons below the review on the right-hand side.
When you delete your user profile, your reviews are not deleted but left on the
company profile page as Anonymous. If you wish to also delete all your reviews,
then you should delete them all before you delete your profile.
Who can write a review?
You can write a review if:
1. You bought something - that is, you purchased a product or service, or
2. Your ordered something - you placed an order with the business or company
you’re reviewing, or
3. You can show that you used the services - you have not bought or ordered
anything, but you can otherwise document your use of the business or
company’s services.
Save a photo or copy of documentation that shows you’ve had a buying or service
experience in case there’s a question about your review after you’ve posted it.
Who can see my review on Smart Reviews?
All Smart Review users can see your reviews. Sometimes, a business chooses to
display your review in a public place. This could be on their website, on a
social network, or offline in some marketing collateral. This extends the reach
of your review, bringing it to a wider audience.
Will the review be anonymous?
No.
Is my review published immediately?
Yes but our artificial intelligence technology scans through all reviews and by
noticing any misleading
A business that I would like to leave a review about is not listed on Smart
Reviews. What should I do?
If you are searching for a business on SMART.reviews and it does not appear you
can easily add it to our platform by clicking on Add business in the drop-down
window that will appear. From there just simply enter the website of the
business you wish to review and their page will be created automatically.
Can I post a customer review on behalf of someone else?
No, you should only review your own experience, not someone else’s.
How does Smart Reviews protect my data?
It is highly important for us to keep our customer data safe, so we have set in
new processes and policies to meet the new data privacy rules (the GDPR). It’s
our number one priority that everyone using our service can be satisfied and
confident that we’re serious about protecting people’s personal information. We
strive to be as transparent as possible about the actions we have in place to
process, store and protect personal data.

how we collect it, and what we use it for.
We have an easy-to-use function that lets you see all of the personal data that

I found my business on SMART.reviews. How can I start using the platform?
At the moment our platform does not yet have the option for businesses to
register and have their own cabinet, but we are tirelessly working towards it
and you can apply to receive notifications about this option in near future.
How can I add my business to SMART.reviews?
When you log in use the search bar on the top and enter the website of your
business. From there a drop-down window will appear where you can click Add
Business and your page will be created automatically.

There are many reasons your business needs reviews. In a world where almost
everything can be bought online, people often look to reviews to actually see if
a business is credible or not. Having reviews:
1. Can increase sales, because before a purchase is made on the Internet people
usually flock to the sites that offer full product reviews before buying.

increase sales greatly.
2. Can build your credibility, which is crucial for businesses long term.
3. Can improve SEO. Since your brand will be mentioned a lot in reviews, it

How can I respond to a customer review?
You can respond to review by logging into your business account and selecting
Service Reviews. This screen provides you with an overview of your reviews. On
this screen you can pick the review you wish to respond to and click on the
Arrow button. Type in your review and click Submit.

3. Our fraud detection software has taken the review offline because it looked
suspicious.
Can I write a review of my own business?
No. If our AI fraud detection software notices such activities the business will
be penalized.
Can I pay someone to write a review for my business?

How can I implement Smart Reviews widgets? How will the widgets look?
We have created the widget implementation possible for businesses to showcase
their most recent reviews, average score and star rating. There are several
different widgets you can add to your website. After choosing which widget you
wish to have we will generate an HTML code that you or your developer need to
implement in your website code.

Can I integrate reviews from other sites into Smart Reviews?
No. SMART.reviews platform combines reviews from various review sites.
What can I do if the Social Accounts section for my business is showing
incorrect data?
Social data on your business profile is gathered by our artificial intelligence
system that scans through your business webpage and inputs data in our system.
If incorrect information is being shown, you should firstly check if all your
social accounts are linked to your webpage and are up to date. If everything is
done properly, and mistakes are still visible - contact our support and we will
be happy to resolve the issue for you.
What can I do if I want to gather up reviews for my business?
There are many ways you can gather up reviews from your customers.
1. Firsty if you deliver an outstanding customer experience, your customers are
very likely to say something nice about your brand. So taking great care of
your product and service can naturally lead to more reviews
2. Ask every customer your business interacts with to leave a review for your
business. You can do it via email or text message or if you don’t have
customer information - promote your review profile urls on your website,
product packaging or anywhere else where customers might see it.
3. Embrace not only the positive, but the negative reviews also. They increase
consumer trust and present an opportunity for your business to provide
information, and answer questions. Overall when a business engages in
communication it promotes participation and signals to customers that they
matter. By replying to existing comments, you are likely to bring in more
reviews.
4. Make leaving a review simple. Customers crave convenience. Implementing one
