CAREER & TRAINING SERVICES

Training, services, and scholarships beyond CareerSource North Florida’s core
services are available if you are eligible for the Career and Training Services
through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Career and Training Services have been successful in guiding thousands of job
seekers in North Florida into full-time, self-sufficient employment. We offer
training grants and services for manufacturing, retail, healthcare and other
in-demand industries.


HOW IT WORKS

Our staff will assess your current level of skill and work with you to develop a
plan for employment, which may include training. If so, we want to invest in
you! To get started on your journey now, follow the steps below. 



TARGETED OCCUPATIONS

View the Regional Targeted Occupations List, a comprehensive list of in-demand
careers in our area. These are the careers we’re able to help you train for!

TRAINING PROVIDERS

We’ve gathered a list of   Locally Approved Training Providers so you don’t have
to! Check out which schools offer which programs to find the best fit for you.

APPLY

Fill out and submit the Career and Training Services Application. A Career
Development Specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible to help you
plan your future! 

FOLLOW UP

Once you’ve completed your training program, we ask that you follow up
periodically. Fill out  this form to provide your up-to-date information!

ORIENTATION

when enrolling.
