 * What is the Epic Games Store for iPhone and iPad?
   
   
   
   The Epic Games Store for iPhone and iPad is a new mobile marketplace where
   you can find, purchase, download and play new games and apps for your mobile
   device. Launching initially with your favorite mobile games from Epic, the
   app will evolve over the coming months to become a hybrid games store
   featuring PC, Mac and mobile products in one store.
   
   

 * Where is the Epic Games Store for iPhone and iPad available?
   
   
   
   Initially, the Epic Games Store will only be available in the European Union.
   However, many new countries are following the European Union’s landmark
   ruling with its Digital Markets Act, and we will bring the Epic Games Store
   to these countries as soon as we can. The Epic Games Store is planned to
   launch on iPhone and iPad in Japan in 2025 with more countries to follow as
   new laws opening the platform are passed.
   
   

 * I live outside the European Union, when will the Epic Games Store on
   iPhone/iPad be available in my country?
   
   
   
   Thanks to fair legislation being passed, we will be able to bring the Epic
   Games Store to the UK and Japan soon, and will follow suit in any other
   country that passes legislation allowing third party marketplaces on
   iPhone/iPad devices.
   
   

 * How do I earn the cosmetic rewards for using the Epic Games Store for iPhone,
   iPad and Android?
   
   
   
   Simply install the Epic Games Store for iPhone, iPad and Android, use the app
   to install Fortnite, Fall Guys and Rocket League Sideswipe, and then complete
   the in-game Quests. Once the Quests are completed, rewards will automatically
   be granted to your locker. Players without access to a mobile device may be
   able to purchase these same cosmetics via in-game shop at a later date.

   You can install the Epic Games Store for iPhone, iPad and Android directly to
   your device from the QR code or link at the top of this page.
   
   

 * Is the Epic Games Store for iPhone or iPad free to install?
   
   
   
   The Epic Games Store is free to install and install, and at launch has
   Fortnite, Fall Guys and Rocket League Sideswipe available to download and
   play for free with optional in-app purchases available. In the future, you’ll
   be able to purchase new products directly through the app, and get weekly
   free games and/or content packs.
   
   

 * What are the system requirements for the Epic Games Store app on iPhone or
   iPad?
   
   
   
   The Epic Games Store mobile app can be installed on iPhones running iOS 17.6
   or later, or on iPads running iPadOS 18 or later, and around 25MB of storage
   is required.
   
   Please note that the minimum spec required for the games available on the
   mobile store may be higher.
   
   

 * Why can't I install the Epic Games Store? I'm in the European Union and using
   an iPhone/iPad?
   
   
   
   iPhones in the European Union need to be on a compatible device running on
   iOS version 17.6 or later to be able to install the Epic Games Store. iPads
   in the European Union need to be on a compatible device running on iPadOS
   version 18 or later to be able to install the Epic Games Store. For more

 * Can I use my existing Epic Games account on the iPhone or iPad app?
   
   
   
   Yes, and as long as you are logged in with your Epic Games account, you’ll be
   able to progress in your favorite games no matter which platform you’re
   playing on. Make sure your account has 2FA activated for additional security

 * Will my in-game progress sync between iPhone, iPad and other platforms?
   
   
   
   Yes, Fortnite and Fall Guys are both mobile versions of the full game,
   featuring full functionality, allowing cross-platform account progression.
   
   

 * Can I make in-app purchases through the Epic Games Store app on iPhone or
   iPad?
   
   
   
   Products available in the Epic Games Store iPhone app can support in-app
   purchases through our payment processor or their own. The ability to purchase
   products directly from the Epic Games Store for iPhone, iPad and Android will
   come in the near future.
   
   

 * Are there exclusive games available on the Epic Games Store for iPhone or
   iPad?
   
   
   
   Like the PC/Mac store, there will be exclusive games. At launch, the Epic
   Games Store for iPhone, iPad and Android will feature Fortnite, Fall Guys,
   Rocket League Sideswipe, all of which will also be available on any store
   that offers competitive terms.
   
   

 * How do I update games downloaded from the Epic Games Store on iPhone or iPad?
   
   
   
   Once an app has been installed from the Epic Games Store for iPhone, iPad and
   Android, it is updated automatically and treated like any other app on your
   phone. If this is not working, through your selected app management settings
   or otherwise, you can update manually through the Epic Games Store for
   iPhone, iPad and Android, where you’ll find the Install button replaced by an
   Update button on the Product Detail Page for any app you have already
   installed.
   
   

 * Can I get Fortnite on the Epic Games Store for iPhone/iPad?
   
   
   
   Yes, as long as you’re located in the European Union, on an iPhone running
   iOS version 17.6 or later or an iPad running iPadOS 18 or later, and have a

   We plan to release in all countries that pass legislation allowing third
